I have worked with Home builders beginning in 1978. I've had two previous homes built and several income properties. Working with Blackstead Building was a sincere pleasure. Straight-forward, honest, knowledgeable and transparent people using a concise, systematic approach. Minimal meeting requirements and attention to details such as returning phone calls, staying in touch, meticulous record keeping and being accessible resulted in clear communication without a single misunderstanding or miscommunication. This is the fifth new home we have purchased and/or had built. Not only does Blackstead build a QUALITY home, Jeremy and his team are 'Johnny on the Spot' with after the sale service. I have never seen anything like it. Not only are they extremely prompt, they are courteous and a pleasure to work with. It's absolutely remarkable service. I would buy another Blackstead Home in a flash!

Rod and his team did a superb job in working with me on designing and building our home. I would recommend him if you are looking for a quality builder who cares about your needs.
