Have purchased a condo from Brigil, yet to be completed. Brigil`s reputation helped in choosing amongst all the other builders. We had the pleasure of working with their Housing Advisor Malika Guenniche who provided both excellent service and suggestions. She is very professional and is an excellent representative for Brigil. We hope to be able to continue to have Malika`s services available to us as through the condominium decorating and building phase.

We were fortunate to meet Housing Advisor Malika Guenniche at the Brigil Sales Office. We found her to be very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We have recently purchased a condo at the location provided below and I am submitting this review in direct relationship to our experience. We believe that the sales agents make all the difference and it is extremely important that they are knowledgeable about the ENTIRE process and not just about how great the condo looks. We felt as though the agents were rather pushy and really just wanting us to "sign" as soon as possible without fully explaining how the financing and the details actually work. Having said that, our experience with the main office of Brigil was very different. They were helpful, considerate and willing and able to resolve all issues that were brought to them - in particular Stephanie Lacroix is an extremely attentive and customer focused professional. Had it not been for her, we might not have continued with our relationship with Brigil. We would rate Stephanie as 5 stars compared to the experience with the sales agents at 2 stars. when problems arose or when there were deficiencies I mainly delt with Stephanie Lacroix who listened carefully and always came up with a solution to the problems we faced regarding the physical structures of our condo. She is a great communicator and listener! Other employees of Brigil should emulate her style and approach in the work place.

Was very impressed with the craftsmanship with our unit, and the overall project. The common area as well shows a high quality professional finish adding class to the finished complex. The sale initially was with Marc Lessard. His professionalism was a main reason the purchase was made. After he left, the sales office became problematic, until Patrick began there. It was his efforts that reassured me that Brigil was in fact a credible builder. A true courteous man who cared about the purchaser. The trades people were always helpful and courteous, and made every effort to keep the building operational during the final construction stage. Was very impressed with the continued effort of keeping things as clean and dust free as possible. Customer service after the sale can only be described as exceptional, led by Stephanie Lacroix. I have met many people in similar positions as her, but none comparable to Stephanie with her passion, effort and reliability, understanding and delivering customer service. She is a leader in her field and a great representative of Brigil. Thank you Stephanie for your support,patience and direction throughout. If there is one thing that Brigil could do to give the high quality appearance the building has, is change the numbers out front on the building to a more professional eye catching look.
