Custom Dwellings is a family owned design/build residential construction company with over 20 years combined experience. Formally trained as an Architect at Georgia Tech, Stephanie's passion has always been firmly grounded in residential design. Licensed as a builder and specializing in single family homes, Russell enjoys helping homeowners bring their projects to reality. Russell and Stephanie Ives founded the company on the belief that mass produced homes by their very nature can not fit everyone’s needs and desires. With Russell handling the construction and Stephanie handling the design, their motivation has always been and always will be, to provide exceptional quality and customer satisfaction, whether working on a small remodeling project or a new custom home. It is our belief that everyone deserves to have a home design that works best for them. Regardless of budget, all clients receive the same level of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
