“I recently used Change Your Bathroom to remodel a full bathroom in one of my rental properties. They discovered that the sub-floor had rotted through into the floor joists. Josh and his crew were able to repair the joists, build a new sub-floor and lay a beautiful new tile floor! I am very happy with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and value from this company. I will be calling them again for my next project!!”

“Studio Design Elements is a business that truly works with the customer on projects. Heather Dampier listened to what I wanted and helped lead me by asking questions when I was unsure. She stayed within the budget given and directed me to other possible ideas. She is very creative and has many ideas that other designers have not come up with. “We recently purchased a 1960's ranch in Atlanta, with the intention of renovating the kitchen and finishing the basement. We knew we wanted to work with a design-build firm and based on former client reviews and a referral from a friend we chose Renewal Design-Build after careful consideration. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They removed an entire wall from our kitchen to create an open, bright floor plan and added a beautiful island and tons of storage to the kitchen. They finished our basement adding a guest bedroom, bath, storage, and a play area for the kids. They worked closely with us on all design decisions and didn't complete the job until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. I'm already planning my master bedroom renovation and I plan on using Renewal again down the road!”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

“We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”

“Becky Sue designed a dream kitchen that functions beautifully! She was professional & respectfully listened to our wants & desires & more than delivered. She has great attention to detail with all aspects including appliance dimensions, placement & appearance. For example, we wanted a warming drawer & thought we wanted it underneath the oven as so many have. She recommended that we have it next to the cooktop for convenience & my husband, the cook, absolutely agrees that it is much more convenient here. She provided so many recommendations that enhanced the function of the cabinetry & saving of steps. And best of all on time & on budget! More than exceeded our expectations!”
