Dave Jupe, the owner, has to be one of the most down to earth, friendliest persons on the planet. He built my home in Montana in 2013-14 and was also the project manager as I was in Maui while the home was being constructed from the ground up. He made some fantastic suggestions like putting in a full basement and adding a toilet in our mezzanine, which were not in the original plans and are we ever so grateful we went with his suggestions. This small house is a lofty "A" frame with huge custom windows in the front and it came out perfect, we couldn't be happier. Its so well insulated, and well built, the sheet rock is super smooth which was important as I showcase my light sculptures in the home. Thank you Dave!
