Our home was constructed in 2005, When we first moved in we had to replace the pipes in the ceiling of the garage due to a heavy leak. we've had to replace walls due to mold, our Livingroom ceiling came crashing down due to a water leak in the upstairs master bathroom. When we had a repairman come and asses the damage, he said the pipping that was used was the incorrect size and pipe. Electrical outlets were installed without grounding wire, a huge hazard! two of our electrical outlets blew up one of which started a small fire, had no one been in the bedroom this happened in our house would have been burnt down. We have spent over $75,000.00 just to repair our home that Manning homes incompetently built.
