My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

At Mikiki Developments, we have been following the same philosophy for years: do it properly. Unlike most home builders, we do not have to rely on the tradeperson deciding how to do the job – we have daily on-site inspections to ensure the work is being done to our specifications. In fact, you will often find Michael onsite with his tool belt on as he believes in being actively involved in every project and not just supervising. Renovations can be fun!! Working with Michael proved to be a great experience of sharing ideas, and having the end result exceed expectations. I hired Michael / Mikiki Developments to renovate my bathroom. I found him to be conscientious, intuitive, and personable. During our collaboration, his integrity and the pride he takes in his work was apparent, especially when he resolved a dispute with a supplier and also when he returned 6 months after completion to touch up a small detail. I really appreciated his design experience because it made him unlike the other contractors I interviewed: he provided feedback and good advice on my vision - both validation and alternatives. I felt confident with him in charge of the project. He managed every detail and reduced my stresses. I would use his services again.

Michael of Mikiki Developments was the builder of my house - he did a great job building the house and then tending to anything that arose after the sale. It is apparent he takes pride in his work and is a great home developer. I would not hesitate recommending anyone to do business with Michael and Mikiki or purchasing a Mikiki Developed home.

I hired Mikiki to assist with a significant home reno. Michael had excellent ideas - his interior design skills are superb! He also managed subtrades, arranged an awesome deal on my granite, installed custom closets and upgraded our bathrooms. Michael's costs were very reasonable, and his advice was priceless.
