For over 25 years, Stewart Mitchell and Dave Roe have been working with clients to envision, remodel, and build the home of their dreams, within the parameters of their budget. Mitchell Roe is different than most high end contractors. We only work on one or two projects at a time. Your project will not be one of several we are working on simultaneously, as Stewart and Dave are on site every day supervising our carpenters and our sub contractors. We oversee every detail of the project to ensure our clients are getting the maximum value for their construction dollars. Our clients are interested in high quality, low maintenance, energy efficient projects that look and feel like they were built by craftsman who cared. As master craftsman, Stewart and Dave are experts at the design and implementation of your dream home. We work from the ground up to ensure your project is built or remodeled to the highest construction standards of today. We are experts at sustainable building, including solar PV and hot water integration, energy efficient framing methods, sustainable building products, passive solar design and lots of other bits and pieces that go into a successful project. Our employees are professional carpenters who take pride in their work. We personally select our crew, pay them a good wage, cover them with Workman’s comp (so you as the homeowner are not exposed), and give them regular paid days off and bonuses. We treat them well, so they will treat you well. Community matters to us as well. We take pride in caring for our job sites. We keep it clean and tidy and are respectful to your neighbors. After all, once your project is complete, you have to live with your neighbors and we make sure the process is as painless as possible on them.
