We are committed to building and renovating homes that enhance and compliment the owner’s lifestyle while making the entire project a pleasurable experience for our clients. We are experienced in working on projects with Architects and Homeowners alike, building new homes and renovating existing homes. We enjoy the challenge of more complex and modern construction and we take great pleasure in the restoration of homes originally built earlier last century, while still enjoying working on the simpler projects. We concentrate on Residential work, predominantly throughout the Central and Western districts of Auckland, however any location will be given consideration. The extent of our work covers a range of projects from new house construction and major house alterations through to kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Having been involved in a number of Architectural projects, we have developed the ability to work in close relationship with Architects and Designers encouraging their involvement in the construction process through to the completion of the project. This enables us to achieve what the design team and the homeowner have envisaged for the home. Murray Long is a qualified carpenter who has been in the building industry for 20+years. Murray acts as Site Manager visiting the build throughout the week keeping in constant communication with the teams on site, the designers and the homeowners. Murray employs staff who reflect his own values of attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, enjoying the construction process and involving the homeowner in the process, to provide them with the home of their dreams. We offer Fixed Price and Full Contract Tenders, so you know exactly what the budget is, and what it will cost you at the end of the project. We use the Certified Builders Contracts and can offer Home First Guarantees on the work.
