I have used the services of PDBI for renovation work on my old farm house. As an older building it often required an experienced hand to overcome the inevitable challengers presented by a dwelling of its age. PDBI’s experience greatly assisted the successful conclusion of this project. Their team was professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact, when we have a break from winter weather, I am going to get them to completely rebuild my wooden porch which was not properly weather-proofed when originally built many years ago.

I hired this company to complete a renovation on a heritage house in the Annex. The initial contractor, kept delaying the project because of previous commitments. Alberto the owner of PDBI gave me a very competitive quote, He arrived on time, he was very professional and polite and he was always there to supervise the sub-contractors and always kept me informed of all aspects of the renovation.. The project ran over budget but that was not the fault of the contractor, with an old Victorian home, unexpected things came up which were handled professionally. I have had numerous experiences with other contractors and I must say I can highly recommend this company..
