Roberts Construction was very prompt on every aspect of my bathroom repair job. We scheduled the site visit for a quote and I had the quote very quickly. The price was more than fair and less than someone I had used in the past. When I accepted and signed the quote, the work was schedule when I needed it. The job was completed within 3 days and it is top notch work. I am very happy with how everything looks and the work is very solid. I will definitely be calling Nathan Roberts for any future home repair work I need. Thank you Nathan!

It will be a challenge to write a brief review on Roberts Construction as their work was consistently very, very good. Mr. Roberts uses highly skilled crews in each area of construction. We had a crew to build the deck. A crew to take out tile and carpet and put in hardwood floors. A crew to knock down walls and build a room. A crew for plumbing. A crew for electrical work. A crew for painting. A crew to install a bathroom. Let me also say that we recommend Curated Selections or The Two Courtney’s to help in selecting fixtures, etc. Very patient Courtney’s!!! As with most projects, there is usually a downside. Mr. Roberts is a very involved Dad with his family and that takes time. BUT I consider that a plus as it attests to his character with both his family and his work!! Let me also acknowledge his Office Manager Kyra—consistently on top of things and always pleasant. Roberts Construction was a pleasure to work with in regards to our structural renovations project on a historic home. The range of issues to address was wide, and Nathan (the Owner) was very attentive to our questions about how to get things done. His team was detail-oriented and impressed us with their knowledge and expertise. From fixing substantial wood rot and relocating plumbing to demoing walls to open up a room, all the work was well-done. We hope to work with Roberts Construction again in the future on our next home project.

Our experience with Nathan Roberts and his experienced team of talented craftsmen and building professionals could not have been more positive. We are so pleased with their renovation of our 33 year old family home. The bones of our home were solidly constructed but it was time for serious updating. We installed beautiful red oak hardwood floors, a big picture window and a new fireplace and tung and groove ceiling in the living room. We did the same hardwood floors and a new ceiling in our master bedroom. We added a new paint job throughout the home and re-stained the wood trim. We now feel like we are living in a new home which we hope will last us through the rest of our lives. Nathan's crew and subs are all true craftsmen and all did an excellent job!

Roberts Construction handled the renovation of our kitchen with expertise and class. Nathan Roberts is an excellent leader, managing talented subcontractors and providing a precise breakdown of timing and fees. Kira and Edith in the office were helpful and knowledgeable. The demolition team, Oved’s Pro Painting crew, Brigman and Brigman cabinet makers, White’s Plumbing gentlemen, Lawton and Lawton electricians and the Roberts Construction staff were professional and capable. They took our plans and created a beautiful living space that our family will enjoy for years to come.

Roberts has gone the second mile to help me out, coming in to fix a botched window installation and also venting my dryer through the roof, which included generously matching shingles and paint. I'm grateful.

Nathan Roberts and his crew have been an incredible resource for our family. Often contractors are associated with headaches, but Nathan is exactly the opposite: once he is on the project, you can relax and be assured that you will be getting the absolute highest quality experience. His and the office staff communication is superb; you are never left frustrated wondering when you will get a response or update. His estimates are not only fair but accurate as can be- anyone who has done renovations knows that something is bound to change- but having worked with Nathan now on two fairly involved renovations, his estimate and the final bill has never been far off. He also demonstrates integrity in not pushing for unnecessary work, and helps to find the most economical approach to a project while achieving the desired outcome. Quality of work is primary and their work is exacting, but Nathan's integrity and honesty is the reason to use this company. His approach informs the approach of everyone on his team, and subcontractors too. We are out of state owners, and Nathan is amazing in his communication and sharing of pictures throughout the project, so we can see what issues are, and watch the progress. Having Nathan on the job has absolutely saved us thousands of dollars, and time we would have spent to travel to assess and oversee work on the house. The occupant of the house is a family member with some physical and mental challenges. I cannot overemphasize the level of accommodation and respect that has been extended to him throughout 2 separate projects. Nathan and his team have gone out of their way to give us extra updates on expected times that people will be in the house, for example, as well as communicating what to expect on given days that might be more disruptive. Nathan and his team have been incredibly patient and nonjudgemental even when I know that they are not able to work as efficiently as possible- and have never once alluded to the added challenge. That level of trust is so vital, especially being out of state. If Nathan says something, or offers his opinion, you can trust it absolutely, whether is is expanding or reducing the scope of a project. Nathan has made design and material choices for us, and we have been completely happy with those choices- another way in which having him as our contractor lightens our load. Our first project with Nathan was a couple years ago, and was quite extensive; bringing the home out of neglect and disrepair, including a new roof. This was not a glamourous job, but we received the level of care and attention to detail I would expect on a high end renovation. Our most recent project began as a pipe failure, that necessitated quick response from the plumber, who told us they would be unable to come out for a few days (after the city had turned the water off). When I mentioned Nathan was our contractor, they were out the next day. In every way, Robert Construction improves every facet of a project.

Nathan and his team just completed MAJOR work on the exterior of my house. They built a fantastic screened in living room, replaced the roof and did painting and other upgrades. We really could not be happier. It turned out way better than we expected, and every time we ran into a problem in the construction process Nathan figured out a way to resolve it so everything ended up looking (and working) great. This is our second major job with Roberts Construction and we look forward to using again.

Very professional. Great communication. We went through two contractors before we found Roberts and would take the others 2 weeks to text or call back. Nathan almost always responded same day and kept us appraised of what was going on. Extremely happy with how our project turned out, and would 100% recommend Roberts Construction. We have some more little projects we want to do down the line and Nathan will be our first call!
