We are so proud of our renovation at 512 North Calhoun. The historic 1920’s house was in desperate need of a full renovation and that’s exactly what we gave it. The interior walls had layer upon layer of wallpaper and paint which was all striped and sanded off revealing beautiful tongue and groove pine paneling which is now make up the majority of the interior walls. The house was completely re-piped and re-wired but all of the architectural charm was preserved by keeping and refinishing all the original doors, base boards, wood flooring, and beautiful interior columns and trim accents. With the addition of the amazing master bathroom, keeping room and kitchen remodel and extension, this house truly has all the makings of a modern and efficient gem with old Tallahassee charm that is in my opinion, priceless. On the exterior we custom milled pine, novelty siding to match the original siding, reroofed the whole house with 50 year architectural shingles, completely gutted and rebuilt the carriage house added a back patio that Anyone would be proud to entertain on.
