“Our work with EVS began with the replacement of a home automation system installed by another contractor that was not working right. One look at the organization of components and wiring in the rack shows his commitment to organization and detail. There is no such thing as “good enough” for Jeff. He insists on everything being perfect. And our system works. The components have been reliable. Even the oldest components (more than five years old now) continue to work well. We rarely have problems with the system and when we do Jeff reacts very quickly to correct the problem, usually with helpful instructions or a quick remote fix. All we need to do is send a quick email or text message or make a phone call. We rarely have to wait any more than a few minutes to get things working correctly. In the rare circumstance that we need a site visit to solve a problem Jeff is usually there in a manner of hours to correct the problem. We very much appreciate EVS standing behind their work. I am a big fan of home automation and have installed six systems in various new home and home renovation projects since 2006. This EVS system is by far the best. I wouldn’t hesitate to use EVS again and I highly recommend them to others.”
