Excellent investment and great value - Sharon gave us great ideas for our second bedroom, guest bathroom as well as several other areas of our condominium. From furniture ideas to colors for paint to names for reliable painters and contractors. Sharon was a wealth of information, and she was a joy to spend two hours with talking about home ideas! We will be shopping this weekend to move forward on several of her recommendations. I highly recommend Sharon for advice and ideas for improving your home interior!

We hired Sharon O'Brien and Inspired Interiors this fall. Sharon was WONDERFUL in helping us select paint colors for three rooms, integrate new furnishings into the house, reorganize a den to accommodate two desks and working spaces, and determine the best placement for pictures in our newly arranged home. I asked Sharon to help me choose paint colors and decor for my living and dining room. She quickly recognized my decorating style and made suggestions that reflected it. Her paint selection for the dining room was perfect. Her suggestion for painting the tray ceiling the same color proved to be just what the room needed. She chose a new chandelier that is a show stopper. I will definitely call her again.

Sharon is very professional, reliable, respectful and down to earth. We were downsizing. And Sharon helped to declutter and decorate our new home. And she is not at all pushy. And had she great recommendations. And she works within your budget!

We recently purchased a house and needed some help picking out some large items. Sharon has been a joy to work with. She isn't pushy and she is understands we have a budget. She is also very easy to communicate with; she responds to emails very promptly. I love how she suggested we find ways to repurpose what we already have and to look for American made items.

Sharon is a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable of all styles and successfully meshed a few of our favorite designs/ ideas into one that fits perfect for our new home. She always provided an explanation as to why a specific design may or may not fit with our overall vision, while offering even better alternatives. Ten years ago, Sharon did a fabulous job redesigning our fireplace, so when it came time to update my our bathroom we called Sharon. Sharon selected the fixtures & materials, and designed a peaceful, spa-like space. She also provided options for paint colors for my living & dining rooms, both of which turned out beautifully! She scheduled the workmen and ensured everything was done properly, all the while keeping an eye on the budget. I don’t think I could have survived the transition without Sharon’s support. I love the results!

Moving my elderly mother from out of state was overwhelming. I contacted Sharon to help me plan the move-in at the new, downsized house because I wasn't sure where to start. She was able to create furniture floor plans and a list of what wouldn't fit and, therefore, needed to go into storage. I relied on this information for all my communication with the movers and it made move day practically seamless. I am honestly not sure how I would've gotten through without her help and professionalism. When I'm ready for a project at my own house there is no doubt that I will call Sharon!

Sharon of Inspired Interiors is friendly and professional. When I contacted her, I wasn't certain of what I wanted, I just knew I needed help. Cleaning out my in-laws' house had left my former dream-house cluttered with both heirlooms and junk. Sharon guided us gracefully through new colors, textures and scales for furniture and upholstery when it came time to update our smallish family room. She was sensitive to our existing choices of pattern and color, and paid particular attention to the "favorite things" in our house, mostly art and objects bought during travel, that have anchored us here for years. Her suggestions and advice have enhanced the coziness (and added a welcome cohesion) of the room in ways we could not nave imagained on our own. A very nice experience.

Sharon O’Brien of Inspired Interiors did a masterful job of helping us to find furnishings, window and floor treatments, lighting, artwork, and sculpture for our new house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Eager to work with local (Delaware) vendors as much as possible, Sharon was able to identify a number of Rehoboth area companies and craftspeople that we ended up using. She also retained several outstanding vendors from the Annapolis area to work for us. She made selections for us at design shows and in designers’ showrooms, as well. The drapery and upholstery fabrics Sharon found for us are elegant, unique and coordinate beautifully with our Asian décor. Despite the distance, Sharon willingly traveled from Inspired Interiors in Annapolis the 95 miles to Rehoboth to meet with vendors at our Rehoboth house and to accept deliveries at the beach house, or she drove the 45 miles to Montgomery County many times to meet with us in Maryland. Her flexibility and patience throughout the yearlong project was amazing. Sharon’s expert touches and wonderful taste can be seen in every room of our house as well as on our two decks and our screened porch. We found Sharon O’Brien to be an extremely creative designer who listened well, a key attribute. She was a complete pleasure with whom to work, and we enthusiastically recommend her.
