Make+Haus

We asked Heather with MakeHaus to help us make our living room inviting and warm and to design our childrens bedroom and playroom. She spent a lot of time asking questions and observing both my style and my husbands. She was very respectful of our budget and made suggestions within that budget. With her thoughtful and deliberate process she produced a well articulated and easy to follow plan that we could execute on. This was extremely important for us as we don't have much time therefore it was crucial to have someone drive that process. We now have guests over who admire the design and style in our home and seem amazed/surprised that we pulled it off. We let them think that for a minute and then we tell them about Hearher!

Working with Heather made our living room remodel so easy. My husband and I are both designers and have very strong opinions. We really just needed someone to mediate our big decisions and then come in and take over the pretty styling part, the part I am always too exhausted to finish. Heather set up a Pinterest board so we could collect our ideas and weigh in on our disputes to keep the process moving. Once we had the room painted and the furniture in place she came in and styled our shelves and surfaces with the perfect details. What used to be an eyesore is now my favorite room in the house, and the only one I can call 100% finished.

Heather offers smart, thoughtful, and stylish design, along with great service. I was in desperate need of "finishing" our recent remodel. We had a brand new living room with only a few scattered pieces of furniture. After a consultation, she was able to e-mail me a shopping list for additional pieces to add to our space. She also went shopping for us and bought many smaller items that would finish it off. Our living room now looks better than I ever expected! I am SO glad I decided to work with Heather.; I love coming home, turning on my lights, and admiring the room. She picked many interesting pieces that I would never have picked on my own, yet are still so in synch with our style.
