Nous Studio

Blandine Seguin, Noos Studio was my architect for the Diamond Residence project. Before starting the project, we spent a lot of time together to exchange on my expectations and needs, and how they could meet her vision. Her professional attitude with the team of workers has enabled the work to go smoothly and enthusiasm. They were all proud to work with her. Her drawings, so much detailed, were a real positive surprise for these French workers. She really built a team with them and it was a reassuring point for me. The deadlines were met, including the budgets. She also was a very good councellor for the interior design.

When we started discussing our project with Nous Studio, we were only planning to remodel a bathroom. Soon, we realized that we were working with an architect with a true vision for home improvement. As a result, the project included a bathroom gut renovation, complete remodel of laundry room with custom shelving, custom bedroom closets and hallway/doors. Blandine's talent and attention to detail was evident from the start. We were presented with several design ideas to choose from. After selecting one, Blandine presented us with plans which included creative and stylish solutions which are essential qualities when working with a relatively small space. Blandine oversaw the project and contractor from start to finish with frequent site visits and came up with solutions when issues came up (they always do!) While the project took longer than expected and over the budget we had set out to spend, we are extremely pleased with the final result. The materials used are sophisticated and different from anything we have seen in other homes. The design is utterly unique, clever and well executed and meets all of our wishes and needs. While our pre-renovated bathroom was off-limits, we now go as far as giving our friends a tour of our new bathroom when they come over. The greatest compliment came from an 8 year old boy who recently visited with his family. When he walked into our apartment where he had been numerous times before, he stopped at the door, looked around and said "wait, did you guys move?!!" To sum things up, Nous Studio is about perfectionism and creating a unique design with a high sense of functionality.

Blandine is as elegant in her design as she is as a person. I hired her because she is an architect who does interiors. She has an amazing sense of scalability and perfection in every single detail. I highly recommend Nous Studio!

Not only is Blandine an exceedingly talented designer, but she shows the utmost responsibility toward her clients and their desires/requirements whether design- or budget-related. She is very inventive, applying her expertise and industry knowledge in creative ways tailored expressly for her client. Blandine's commitment to her work shows in the excellence of her finished product. And, as significant, working with Blandine is a truly collaborative experience. I am looking forward to our next project!
