Rosemary Cate is not only a gifted designer, but she is also a terrific business woman and project manager. She gave us a one-bedroom condo re-design plan meeting our budget, furniture/art/space and contractor work needs. Her edits and presentations were professional and easy-to-read and follow if you are choosing the DIY route. She was prompt, courteous and had lots of good ideas. Her floor plans and ideas work well - every time we implemented her spacing, colors and product suggestions, the space worked best. Less so when we went to implement our own! So my advice: Follow her plan! Rosemary Cate is a true pleasure to work with on many levels. Her background as an architect is value-added for her work. We highly recommend her if you are looking to refresh and update your space in a short period of time.

Rosemary has completed 5 design projects for me and I will definitely work with her again in the future. She did an impressive job on everything: interior & exterior color selection, complete house renovation designs, interior decorating and furnishing, contractor bids/negotiation/management. Highly professional and very talented.
