This house is in east central Florida. No children. 1 small older dog. Do not want carpet.
am leaning toward laminate or wood flooring. Also leaning toward floating floor. Don't want glue down. We have taken up all the old flooring. On concrete. Have been told the Bamboo is good. concerned about the glue in them. For the kitchen, torn between laminate, wood or tile.

Will get pictures and post. Basically we took out old kitchen so we are starting with a clean slate. I do like a lot of light and paint colors will be light. Have natural light coming into kitchen from south. Living room or piano room has window on north wall. Family room has wide sliding glass doors that open up to an enclosed porch. There is a brownish brick fireplace adjacent to sliding glass doors. When sliding glass doors are open they are hidden on porch wall. The family room is separated ftom the kitchen by a breakfast bar 1/2 wall. The front door, which is a double door comes into a foyer area that feeds into family room. The door is on north wall. The front door is adjacent to living room and there is open space between foyer and living room
