Set For Design

I hired SET for Design (Susan Toth) to provide consultation on a living room renovation. My challenge was updating a living room with furniture in the Chippendale style (Queen Anne leg) and royalblue velvet couches. Susan provided me with excellent advice and 'jumping off points' for colour. This room really exceeded my expectations and has received rave reviews from visitors. Susan was also quick in responding quickly to me via voice, text and email. I found her to be a pleasure to work with. The only issue I have is that I don't think I will be able to renovate the rest of my rooms without her!!! I will definitely hire her again!

If I cut my own hair, it wouldn't look right. Same goes for interior decorating. Susan's practical advice and good taste made all the difference. Since I'm not ready to paint, her advice gave my front hall a much needed update with coordinating navy blue accents that suit my style. Susan helped us with some design and furniture layout in our condo when we first moved in. Subsequently, we decided to update a few pieces of furniture. We used Susan to help us turn a newly finished basement into a fantastic multi-purpose family retreat. We had first tried to do the basement on our own. We must have sat on 100 sleek but uncomfortable couches before we hired Susan. She showed us some photographs to determine our taste and quickly found us a beautiful, comfortable sectional that we love. She found us a carpet and perfectly coordinated pillows on-line and then took us to her favourite shopping places for accessories, artwork, and furniture. Susan was cost conscious throughout, finding us good deals and passing on her designer discounts to us. She was easy to work with, being patient, professional and upbeat when we were obsessive or indecisive. We are so delighted with our contemporary, stylish family retreat that we have abandoned the main floor!

I recently completed a redecorating project in my condo with the help of Susan from Set for Design.
