I HIGHLY recommend working with Faten. I found Faten on Houzz a for a living room update; help with the layout, rug, couches, coffee table. Faten has an effective and clear communication style which was so helpful in working with her. She is very skilled in spacial design and has beautiful design taste. After our initial email exchanges, she worked on a game plan to provide several living room layouts to match my goals/use of the room. She came over to take measurements and once a layout was selected, she put together multiple options for me to choose from for each piece of furniture. It was an effortless process for me as she continued to pick options until a full plan was agreed upon that met all of my budget/style/layout needs. That took less than 2 weeks. From there, she took over the ordering from the vendor and ensured all the correct paperwork was filed for my building. To no fault of hers, there was an issue with the delivery and she went above and beyond to work with the vendor on the issue, which took a lot of time and effort on her part. I love the layout of my living room, the new sectional and rug, and awaiting one more piece for the coffee table. My family (and I) think it looks great and is a big improvement comfort/style/usability from what I had. 10/10 experience!
