Studio Kendrick

Sara is an amazing designer. She always knows the latest trends and fashions while at the same time providing guidance as to what it is her client wants to accomplish. She also knows where to get the best deals as well and is truly amazing at what she does. While she always keeps her clients desires in mind she isn't afraid to offer some personal insight, which I found to be perfect. Simply stated Sara is like Wonder Woman and anyone looking for help, ideas, direction you name it on a redecorating project or a total redo, call on Sara you will not be disappointed.

I truly loved working with Sara on my house design. From the get-go we were on the same page to turn my average suburban home fitted with the standard builder-grade features into something with much more personality. Our dining room was the the first project and is the room I get the most compliments on. Sara helped with weighing in on the wall paint color, the furniture set up, and what accessories would give the biggest style-bang for the buck. I was surprised by how fast and well the room came together under her design. I truly appreciated Sara being conscious of our budget, which was super important to me. Sara goes above and beyond. For example, she loaned me accessories from the Studio Kendrick "library" to finish out the space, and finished the paint job because, like me, she is a perfectionist and wanted the place to look amazing (it does!). After the dining room was done, we moved onto sprucing up the living room and my son's nursery. Sara helped me a lot with these projects as well. No question was too silly or too small for her, a quick text and she could help me make a decision on a lamp or a rug or whatever. She is decisive and opinionated in the best way possible, which is particularly helpful for someone who knows the desired style direction but gets caught up in the details and small decisions. Again, Sara was conscious of my budget and in about thirty minutes, walked around my house and "cannibalized" existing pieces I already owned and moved them to the living room to create the cohesive look I wanted, which saved me a ton of money. Sara has a ton of resources at her fingertips, both in the Austin area and online shops with such unique things. You won't ever get a boring design result with Sara. Lastly, Sara is a ton of fun and thoroughly enjoyable to work with.

Sara's attention to detail and incredible design eye are wonderfully matched by her sense of humor. It is always so refreshing collaborating with such a passionate intellectual, as well. Two thumbs all the way up. Continued success to you, Ms. Kendrick!
