I ordered tiles from Designer Tile Plus to be shipped to the UK for my new bathroom. Unfortunately the tiles were damaged in transit, but with Giorgi's help we soon received replacements. I love the tiles and I know they will look stunning on the wall. The customer service at Designer Tile Plus is second to none - thank you Giorgi!

We love the tile floor we bought from Designer Tile Plus--a gorgeous Italian large format porcelain, that we could not find in stock at any other tile store in the US. Designer Tile Plus was very responsive and helpful. Giorgi went the extra mile to meet or exceed all our requests, promptly and professionally. If you are searching for unique, beautiful tile for your floors and walls, I highly recommend Designer Tile Plus.

Designer tile plus has excellent customer service, very fast delivery, and great prices! I was looking for some hard to find 32 x 32 Italian designer tile and happen to come across the designer tile plus website. I live in central Illinois with very few design centers. Their staff was extremely helpful and even texted pictures to my cell phone to help me get a better idea of the tile since it was a large modern format. The tile came in just a couple business days with awesome quality packaged shipping. With shipping cost Designer tile plus was still even a lot cheaper then a local distributor! I would highly recommend their store!

Firstly, let me preface by saying that I have never taken the time to write a review. However, after my wonderful experiences with Designer Ceramic Tile, I would be remiss if I didnt reccommend them in the most superlative terms. It is so rare to find a store with such amazing customer service, extensive selection and exceptional prices. George was so nice and helpful to deal with, that I forgot we werent personally related! They seriously make you feel like you are a friend and they are willing to help with any request. I originally found them off of Houzz and I am so grateful that I did. They are located in Brooklyn, but are seriously worth a trip from anywhere!

I'm glad to see Designer Tile Plus on this website. I dealt with this store couple of years ago and was surprised with their selection and prices. I never expected to see such a big choice of high quality products with immediate availability. Almost all my friends followed my advice and did their bathrooms or kitchens using their products.

I bought designer tiles at this store. They helped us to choose the best designs for our apartment, and made a number of useful suggestions about arrangements and setup. Everything was delivered on time and in mint condition. Floor, kitchen and bathrooms look amazing, luxurious Out thanks to Designer Tile Plus for their suggestions and work. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
