“Owner Dan Riccolo is patient and did some major hand-holding when I had problems with new cabinets that impacted the schedule for my granite installation. He personally came to my house to review the work of a company hired to do an in-home stain on my cabinets after they arrived and didn't match my order. hroughout my kitchen remodel, he talked me off the ledge when challenges arose. Additionally, Dan gave outstanding personal service when I picked out my slab at his Morris, IL location. I know stone has unique properties and slabs can look different from samples. As it turned out, I wasn't thrilled with the particular slab he had for installation because it varied from the sample I saw in his Bloomington,IL showroom. No worries! I fell in love with an even more beautiful option and Dan worked with me and allowed me to pay in two installments. Lastly, I was more than impressed Dan and his crew returned to my house and removed some granite, hauled it back to Morris, and cut in on their precision equipment when it turned out my contractor didn't quite measure correctly and we had to rearrange the placement of my new refrigerator. He also added the stunning granite to an area where I was going to use a less expensive option to save money. He said, "consider it a present from Morris Granite" because he knew the many frustrations I had with this project. Who does that these days? Morris Granite does!”
