My condominium remodel turned out to be my dream come true! Linda helped me pick out the fixtures and finishes, and it all looks so nice together and is wonderful quality. The job was done on time, which was great. Create worked well with the condo staff, and kept within their rules and regulations The workmanship is terrific, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her and her crew again for a project. This is a very professional and caring company!

Create Remodeling was recommended to me when I had an emergency project in three upstairs bedrooms (ceilings falling down) and another emergency when I had water in my basement and needed walls replaced. I was completely satisfied with all the people Linda sent out to do the projects. They were all friendly, professional, did great work and cleaned up when they were finished. When I decided to make some improvements in my kitchen, but did not want to replace my cabinets, I knew I had to call Linda. She assured me this could be done, and I would be happy. She gave me the confidence to go ahead. Linda is very confident in her design recommendations, and together we chose beautiful counter tops, back splash and new lighting. Again, her team was competent, professional and efficient. I am totally thrilled with the new look in my kitchen. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Linda who worked hard to always keep me informed on where we were in the project and kept the project in my budget. I highly recommend Linda and Create to everyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Create in 2013 to remodel our beloved "forever home". The scope included a 1600 sf fully finished basement, 3 remodeled bathrooms, remodeled kitchen with new island and bar, new entertainment centers, porcelain tile flooring, painting, lighting, and structurally reinforcing the main floor. I happen to be a commercial interior designer and have 30 years of construction experience. Bottom line, we absolutely love everything that Create did for us! They listened to our design vision and worked diligently to make it into a reality. Not a day goes by that we don't acknowledge the wonderful transformation. The project took several months to complete, but Create adhered to the original schedule. When I listen to other people talk about their remodeling projects that dragged on forever, I realize how fortunate we were to work with Create! The Create team was patient and professional with us, even when we were stressed by the construction process. They accommodated changes we made and were flexible when we added scope. We have great respect for the quality of their work and highly recommend the Create Remodeling team.

Remodel original builders hall bath with custom tile floor and bath surround. Project was done professionally, on time and with excellent craftsmanship and an eye to detail. We have used Create previously for a basement remodel and chose them again because, well, the owner Linda is very approachable, knowledgeable and always follows through.

We have worked with Create Remodeling previously - they built a mud room for us in our garage. We loved their work and so they were the first person we went to when we had a new project in mind. Our basement was only 1/2 complete. One half was a game type room with pool table, bar area, etc. The other half basically had foam squares on the floor and not much else. We wanted to make it into a library. We love to read so we wanted to make a nice area to relax and read our books. Our vision of a library included a fireplace of course and lots of bookcases. Given our love of wine we also wanted to add a wine type theme. Linda and Sean were wonderful to work with. They listened to my ideas, suggested their own ideas and really helped come up with a final product that was exactly what we were looking for. I did extensive research on Houzz and other sites looking for ideas and was continually emailing them both on what I was thinking, new ideas, etc. They were extremely patient, understanding and did not try to force their own ideas on me. They provided estimates - in fact multiple estimates based on options and although we did run into a few unexpected issues due to the prior owners of the house - they came to us immediately, explained the issues and offered options on how to handle things. So there were surprises, but they were completely upfront / honest about the whole situation that they had uncovered. They protected the house during the construction phase as much as possible and tried to make the construction as painless as possible. They have a great crew and they were always respectful, kept us informed, let us know when they were coming / going and were more than willing to discuss / explain the various aspects of the work. The built-in bookcases were a major aspect of the room and we spent quite a bit of time looking at the options and different stains. They were as excited as we were and went the extra mile to get it exactly how we wanted. Really top notch team / company. I would highly recommend for any project you have. You will be extremely happy with the end result!

Having worked with Linda from Create before (finished our basement), we knew when we decided to add awnings to the back of our home that we would be calling her. Our vision was to be able to take advantage of an awning over our sliding glass doors and our utility room door to enjoy the cross breeze (rain or shine) and to gain some relief from the constant sun. We described and shared pictures with Linda and Shawn, gave them the general feeling of what we were after. The results were (are) fabulous, Shawn has an awesome eye for dimension and is wonderfully talented. Linda is meticulous, very respectful of the budget, excellent with keeping communications open and I was always informed of where we were at in the time-line. Great company to work with and definitely our go-to people for home improvement and maintenance.

Create does a terrific job from conception to completion. We have used them for a dozen projects over the years, from minor repairs to major projects. Our last project was a refresh of our hall bathroom: new shower/tub, counter top, light, and paint. It came out exactly like we hoped and right on budget.

We have used Create Remodeling for many projects large and small over the years, and we have always been very happy and satisfied with the work they have done. We have had small and medium electrical, plumbing, and carpentry jobs as well as whole basement carpeting and painting. Linda Eberhart always tries to get costs down while keeping quality up and does a great job scheduling the various workers. Shawn Kinnear has done lots of jobs for us and always has a hand in the larger jobs, at least introducing the subcontractors and making sure they do what was wanted correctly.
