“Johnny Bolin came at his scheduled time to talk with us and give us an estimate for building a stone retaining wall and flagstone stairs leading to our pool. Once the contract was signed, he was on time when he said he would be there. The one day he could not be there due to rain, he contacted us by phone and explained why and when he would be there again. He completed the job quicker than expected, and it was just like he had said it would be when he gave us the estimate. His company and workers were very respectful, focused, and worked without any delays. We have had many friends talk about our wall and how well it compliments our back yard and pool. “We engaged Gill Cargill's firm (fall, 2018) to effect about 5 "hardscaping" projects at our home in Cataula-- 2 low retaining walls, a new, larger paver stone patio (which they also sealed), a long, stylized concrete walkway to our storage cottage building, and sodding in both the front and back yards. All told, it took them about a month, working around the rain. We are QUITE PLEASED with the results. We found Gill to be responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was good about giving advice on options, while letting us make the calls as to the cost/benefit to us. Prices were in line with the extent of the work.
