He took the time to discuss his splash pads, installation, guarantee and costs right away. I didn't have to wait weeks to get any answers. My pad was installed by the company as soon as the features were ready. John and his crew were great. I couldn't believe how hard they worked, arriving before noon and working well into the night. It was fun to watch the steps of installation and see what makes these go! It's definitely a QUALITY product, done by PROFESSIONAL installers that know what they're doing. Costumer service and after care with this company has proven to be exemplary, especially for being as small an operation as it is. These guys are always traveling and always working, but I've never had to wait for an answer to any questions I've had. Now my husband wants to buy a new house because my kids are outgrowing the one we have, and all I can think of is my splash pad.     “We inherited an existing L shaped space where an old CedarWorks set had been. I called up CedarWorks, Creative Playthings and Triumph (a friend's recommendation). By far, Triumph's co- owner Jaclyn was the MOST expert, creative with the best product. None of the others offered as much variety and longevity (I can see our kids playing on this thru early teen's-- my husband is already working out on it :) My friends' kids have now had their set for a few years and have made a few modifications so love the modularity to grow w/the kids. Jaclyn was also most creative in fitting as much as we could (we use the set for Physical Therapy too) in that existing space. She spoke w/our landscaper to recommend the best modification of the space that would be most safe then economical and easy. Finally, she knows her stuff-- safety, best use cases, delivery timing (their family makes and installs it!) and went the extra mile once installed, to observe how my son started using it to customize where handle bars could go for him to maximize therapeutic benefit. Our whole family is thrilled.”
