ACT ONE DESIGNS

ACT ONE DESIGN Cynthia Tsaousidis of Act One Design graciously answered my call for help as I had given up hope of finding a stencil design I'd seen on the net. I had triple checked all the known companies that make stencils, all were nice but not what I wanted. This was obviously a custom made design, one not seen or "for sale" at the usual stencil sites. I'd written the designers site where it was shown, I'd offered to pay for a copy....no reply! After a few e-mail suggestions from other Houzz members, some a little snarky, this nice lady, Cynthia, stepped in and offered to make it for me. Her price was very nominal for the amount of work she executed and the product is exactly what I wanted. For me, I think the most challenging part was working out the exchange rate between the US and Greek monies; Greece is transitioning. Naturally I was wary of sending money out of country but in hindsight and within the second e-mail I was confident that this was not a scam but a true professional who wouldn't risk her good name or reputation. In the end, we decided to use PayPal and to let them work out the details, this was beneficial for both of us. This lady knows her stuff, has the ability to visualize a project... AND... of more importance, she listens! I endorse Act One Design, she's experienced, is up to date on current trends and has resources within the industry She possess the sophistication in design to be your decorator.
