La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Décor of Arizona

My husband and I were looking to update our furniture and accessories but did not know where to start. We were introduced to Caroline Dempsey, Sales Consultant, and Interior Designer, Jill Greco, who determined our style when showing us samples of fabric and pieces of furniture. They came to our house and Jill took room measurements and we finalized a plan after being shown more samples of fabrics for area rugs and furniture, etc. A week later we met with the two of them in the store and Jill presented us with a power point presentation of what she put together for each room of our house. We loved everything she had done. So we are now awaiting the arrival of our new furniture on June 12th. Jill And Caroline work very well together and we are so happy to have been hooked up with them.

I have worked with Betsy on two separate occasions and have been extremely pleased with her product knowledge and listening skills. She has a great eye, and knows how to work within a budget. She has also suggested ancillary items I never would have tried. I'm anxious to work with her again.

I was very pleased with my LAZBOY purchasing experienced. I went to the store in East Mesa. Both the sales consultant, Sean Robinson, and the Interior Designer, Noele Ranta, did a great job. I bought a living room suite during President's Day weekend. I told Noele in general what style of furniture I wanted and what accessories I was looking for, as well as a budget that I wanted to spend. Sean and Noele came to my house to take measurements. Noele then put together a package of furniture and accessories that I was able to review and make final decisions on. The package was easy to understand and I was able to strike some accessories from the package before making the final purchase. Well done.

Our salesperson was personable, insightful, understanding, had lots of ideas, and helped us to purchase exactly what we needed and desired!

Lisette and Tasha did a wonderful job creating a home we are proud to show off. The in home design service is fabulous. We never could have put together 3 rooms, living room, dining room and family room and have everything go together so beautifully. Customer service is unparrelled.

I wanted to replace all my living room furniture in my winter townhouse in Green Valley, Az. Because of the quality of Lazy Boy, I started my quest at Lazy Boy Furniture Galleries in Tucson, Az. The salesman who met me at the door helped me find the pieces that would work for me and then invited a designer to join us. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this team would come to my home, make certain the choices worked in the space provided. I then returned to the store and made my final purchase. Installation was in the timeline of 6-8 weeks and also professionally delivered and installed by the movers. In addition I got good advice on a particular piece to fit a rather awkward corner in my living room area. I am very pleased.

My living room has a whole new look thanks to the furniture I bought at La-z-boy. With the help of Lin, the decorator, I chose furniture I might have passed up previously. I am so glad she made suggestions and I followed her lead.

We went into the show room needing a new recliner and had no idea that La-Z-Boy offered so much more! Monica was very professional and helpful and we really appreciated there not being any pressure. It was a totally different experience then other furniture stores we had visited. We were in the store during a sale and the quality and price of the pieces compared to what we had seen at other stores was shocking. And la-z-boy offers financing! Monica was really awesome at helping us narrow down exactly what style we were looking for in a couch and love seat. She helped us look through fabrics and even let us see how they might look on the furniture pieces we chose. We booked a free consultation with a designer to finalize fabric. Monica and designer Lee came to our home to make sure the pieces we loved would fit and decide on fabrics that would match our paint, tile, and existing drapes. Lee recommended tables, lamps, a rug and art to finish off the room. It was a really fun experience to see Lee work and be involved in her recommendations. She created a beautiful room for us! The best part was that there was no obligation to buy any of the recommendations, but we did, and we absolutely love our beautiful room!! Monica and Lee were so professional and amazing to work with. We will definitely return when we are ready to buy that recliner. Haha!

While doing a major home renovation, we stopped into La-Z-Boy near Fashion Square in Scottsdale "just to look." Jeff, the store manager, approached us and soon we were making plans for an entire La-Z-Boy living room makeover. Our furniture was old enough that we knew it was time to start fresh. From the area rug, to pictures on the wall, to new tables, they planned it all, measured onsite, and delivery was flawless. But the real stars of the living room are the leather recliner couch and the convertible sleeper sofa. We've never been so comfortable in our own house. Thanks to Jeff and his team!
