We hired Design Line to renovate our kitchen and main floor bathroom. The finished product is exactly what we envisioned and we are thrilled with the quality of work. Dave was fantastic throughout the process. He was creative and came at everything with options and solutions. Aimee was fabulous and a great help in making the selections and ensuring everything tied together. The only challenge we had was with timing. We approached Wayne in April 2017 with an objective to start in January 2018 right after the holidays. Despite having everything selected in November they didn’t start until the end of March. The process took over 3 months with 10 weeks of no running water or appliances. The job didn’t involve any major structural changes. Many weeks there were only a few hours of work that happened which was somewhat frustrating but perhaps that’s normal. Ultimately we are thrilled with the workmanship and the attention to ensuring we were pleased with the everything. We love our new kitchen and powder room.

We hired DesignLine to perform our kitchen renovation, which involved a build-out and addition of a storage space underneath. It required a great deal of skill and imagination due to different ceiling heights mandated by previous work and the age of the home. I was concerned that the different ceiling heights would make the space seem like two different rooms, but Aimee and Wayne came up with the perfect design for our space. Aimee took me around to suppliers to pick out finishes and gave me great advice. Maggie in the office was so pleasant to work with, and always kept us up to date. David, our construction manager, is an incredibly talented carpenter, and quickly responded to all of our questions and concerns. He is also a jovial guy, and he and Levi, also a skilled craftsman with a warm personality, were a joy to have around. (I work from home, so I saw a lot of them.) They also have great subcontractors with whom they have dealt for years. They always showed up on time and did fabulous work. The quality of the work was incredible, and the finished product far exceeds my vision for the space. No detail was overlooked. My dream kitchen is now a reality, thanks to all of these talented professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to renovate or build.

We used DesignLine to remodel our 1950's tri-level - full kitchen/living room renovation to create one big space, creating a master bed, bath & closet and creating a mud/laundry room, all within the existing foot print of the house. They were nothing but professional through every step of the process & handled all issues, questions & changes with ease & speed. David was a top notch project manager, Aimee was patient & provided so many design ideas to meet our vision (and in a variety of price points), and Wayne's attention to detail as the owner was amazing. We hired DesignLine to renovate a hallway bathroom for us. This is the second time we used the company – we also used them to renovate our kitchen and master bath. Aimee, the designer did a terrific job helping us to transform our ideas for the bathroom into a beautiful end result, and we are very pleased. The bathroom went from dark and dreary to bright and beautiful. Our project manager David was terrific to work with. He supervised all aspects of the job and made sure everything was done correctly. DesignLine did an amazing job on our large renovation project, which included kitchen, master bath and closet, and laundry room. They were organized, on-time, extremely knowledgable, and well-prepared. They were great people to work with and we always felt very confident in the services and products they provided.

Attention to detail was great, as was their determination to ensure the project was performed as if they were doing it for their own home. The team was also a pleasure to work with, and we trusted them implicitly while inviting them into our home for a summer. They also followed up with us after the project to complete to make sure we were still happy, and when there were minor issues created with some of the materials we selected, they fought on our behalf to make it right and made the repairs at no cost to us. Can't say enough about the team of Wayne, David and Maggie. Only issue might be a couple of the subcontractors used needed tighter management and input, but I know part of a general contractor's challenge is constantly balancing the quality of its subcontractors against their cost and finding the best solution from time to time. With this constant balancing, and close management and scrutiny of the subs, this is one of the reasons you hire a good general contractor like DesignLine in the first place!

We initially contacted DesignLine to bid on our remodel project because of their beautiful project pictures on their Houzz site. We chose them to do our remodel because of their professionalism that was evident from the first phone call. Mr. Booze met with us at our home to get an idea of what we wanted to do. We discussed our dreams and gave him an idea of our budget. He met with us at his office about a week later and gave us a proposal on our project that incorporated what we wanted to do and was within our budget. We went through the design process and Aimee, the designer, helped us with shopping and finding the right materials that worked best for us. Once the project work began, all the employees and subcontractors where so very professional and did a great job with communicating with us. They cleaned the site everyday which we really appreciated. We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel. We love it and enjoy showing it off to all our friends and neighbors. We would recommend DesignLine to do any remodel project.

Designline's approach from design to execution was great. Wayne and his staff's attention to detail is top notch. The project came in on budget (except for change orders that we requested). We had a general idea of the design of the kitchen and placement of appliances, but the additional design consultation helped create a great final product. We also loved the design assistance in material selection (especially the soapstone counter tops and tile for floors and back splash). I would highly recommend this firm to anyone undertaking a renovation project.

After years of DIY on prior homes, we decided for our dream bathroom remodel to hire a professional to take our ideas and make them a reality. After years of dreaming and collecting design ideas for a remodel of our kitchen, we finally took the plunge. We met with several local design and build firms, but we felt most comfortable with Wayne Booze and the DesignLine Home Transformations’ team. Deborah spent months working with their designer Aimee Richardson turning her dreams into a functioning design. Working with Aimee was fantastic; her attention to detail, creativity, and deep design experience provided us with a remodel that is uniquely ours. Together we created a space that truly reflects our personalities. The DesignLine team (especially David Stowers and Kirk Perry) made the entire experience painless and they were extremely professional. We had several challenging features in our design (i.e. skinning of a manufactured beam with brittle beam skins from the 1880s). Both Kirk and David are true craftsman, a skill set that is drying art. While they were highly professional they were still personable and focused on what would make "us" happy. They met with us regularly providing status transparency and to share what to expect next. Our new space is beautiful, a delightful space to entertain and highly functional. They turned our 30-year-old home into a fresh and comfortable space for our family and friends. Design Line brought our dreams to reality. I would recommend them to everyone. We love love love …. our new space!
