We hire Blue Ribbon to come into our house and create a Mother-In-Law suite with a sitting area, full bath (curbless shower entry ), also to total remodel of our Kitchen, changed out cabinets in all the upstairs bathrooms, change the round support in the Foyer to square. The work was performed professionally, work site was kept clean, a schedule was provided and updated daily with work completed and what was planned for the remaining week. We had a couple of bumps along the way, and Blue Ribbon went above and beyond to correct them. 100 percent satisfied with the end product, Highly recommended.

Blue Ribbon has worked with us to complete three projects over a 5-year period: master suite, bonus room remodeling, and kitchen facelift. In all cases, we were impressed by the quality of work and the level of professionalism by Blue Ribbon's team. They worked with us to develop innovative design concepts and their suggestions always made the resulting projects better. When we undertook the kitchen project just after Thanksgiving last year, we said it must be completed by Dec. 22. (Who in their right mind would do a kitchen renovation during the holiday season?!) We were amazed when the deadline was met precisely, including inspections, cleanup, and removal of the port-a-potty - right on time. Blue Ribbon did a large attic addition for us a few years ago. Our house went from having pull-down stairs in a room off our master bedroom to full stairs to the completely finished attic, full bath included. I know we are tough customers as I have very specific ideas of what I want and am extremely picky! John Sperath at Blue Ribbon was wonderful to work with, very helpful, very honest, and great at communication. Every step of the project was above-board and well executed and everyone was very professional. I would definitely contact Blue Ribbon first next time we need help with the house.

Blue Ribbon added a porch and constructed a new outdoor deck on our house. Working with Blue Ribbon was a pleasure. They kept us advised at all times on how the project was progressing, and of any issues. Quality of workmanship by all trades was outstanding.

Blue Ribbon Residental Construction Company was assigned the task of completely changing the master bathroom in my house. They removed a useless garden tub and small shower and replaced them with a large walk-in shower and dressing area even though we sit on a concrete slab. The removal was quick and clean. The team's respect for keeping my house clean and dust free was admirable. The people they contract to do the tile, plumbing and electrical work were very easy to work with and most professional. The construction manager, Rusty, was a joy to have in my home and most accommodating. The only complaint I would have is the length of time it took to complete the job.

We used Blue Ribbon in 2013 to update our kitchen (granite countertops, backsplash, new island, more lighting, hood above range, and painting). We first worked with John Sperath to scope the project and then he brought in John Devlin to help brainstorm ideas and manage the project to completion. Each tradesmen they brought it was professional, friendly, clean and great! We felt comfortable telling John Devlin about any concerns or changes we had and he was great working with us to ensure that the final result was something we were happy with. Blue Ribbon Construction completed several major projects to our home simultaneously: finishing the basement, adding an addition, adding a deck and decorative concrete work.
