Kimithy and her team did a kitchen remodeling in my house 2 months ago. They installed high-quality cabinetry with a fantastic renovation plan. We love our kitchen and would like to recommend Kimithy and her team to anyone.

Kimithy and her team did a feasibility study for us that was great. She gave us several design outlines with different budgets and options as we asked her to do. She is obviously experienced and knowledgeable in all the areas adjacent to design. I can't really imagine a more competent advisor to have by your side when traversing the remodeling adventure.

Kimithy skillfully work her communication skills with our condo manager through the process of applying for my remodel project of the bathroom and kitchen. The design for the project was beautiful, and came in under my anticipated budget. Due to an illness in my family I was unable to be present for the remodel and Neil Kelly staff took care of all details and kept me informed with daily photos of the project.

We worked with Kimithy and Neil Kelly on our Kitchen Remodel project. Working with Kimithy was a joy! She is smart, kind, resourceful and creative. We love the results of our project and this is, in large part, because of Kimithy's talent. She made some great suggestions for how we could use our space differently, found small improvements to the layout that made huge a difference and complimented the look and feel of the rest of the house, shopped with us for our tile selection, helped us select the best lighting and plumbing fixtures and helped us make smart decisions about color, flow and design. Additionally, Neil Kelly and the team were great communicators and the work results were polished, on time and on budget.

We had 2 jobs (2 bathrooms) remodeled by Neil Kelly. We were so pleased with the first job, we had them do the second one. In the first project, they tore out the shower and made it bigger, made custom vanity and shelving and put in new flooring. Second bathroom was the same, except put in new tub, with glass tile trim and clear shower doors. The workmanship was excellent, every thing had to match, work was done on time and the detailed carpentry was superb. Kimithy was a great person to work with, gave excellent input, fixed any problems that arose and had ideas we didn't even think about. Great person and company to hire to have work done.

Kimithy was responsible for the design plans for a remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. She took us through the whole design process and stayed involved during the construction process which lasted about six months. From our first meeting we felt that she was well qualified to design and guide us through the process. She asked questions and listened carefully to our thoughts, answered our questions completely and thoroughly, and produced plans that translated into beautiful new rooms in our home. She was professional, personable and easy to work with. We highly recommend her services and would go to her for design services for any future needs.

We hired Kimithy to design our kitchen in our 1911 craftsman home. She did an amazing job! She suggested moving a doorway which we hadn't considered and that allowed for us to have a peninsula with seating. Kimithy definitely optimized our space, listened to our needs, and designed a very efficient and functional kitchen. We received the best of compliments from friends and have been recommending her since. We are also currently using Kimithy to help with the design of our new kitchen in our newly purchased home. We can't highly recommend her enough!

I needed to make decisions quickly for the kitchen and bathrooms in our remodel and Kimithy was an immense help. She was clear and concise but personable. Just as importantly, she listened. She is very knowledgable about local resources so In two meetings we picked out all the materials for all three rooms. So far, the decisions we made are my favorite of this remodel. I would highly recommend her and would call her again for my design needs. My only regret is that I didn't contact her sooner because she made the process enjoyable.

We highly recommend Kimithy as a Kitchen designer because of her true professionalism and great taste. She is meticulous as can be and was extremely patient with us in our kitchen remodel. Kimithy was fabulous to work with. We did a whole home remodel with new space 5 baths, a mud room, and 2 laundry rooms. and new kitchen construction. We got all of our cabinets thru Kimithy. She helped us plan and organize all our new cabinets ( about 110 different pulls) drawers and cabinets. Kimithy listens to and understands her clients wants and needs. She never pushed us into things we didn't want, We got exactly what we wanted, and would not change anything that we have done. I would recommend Kimithy to anyone considering any new built in spaces, ie kitchen, bath, laundry, or bedroom.
