CMC Hardwood Floors

We recently bought a 75 year old house that needed a lot of help. As such, we hired numerous trades... plumbers, electricians, painters, you name it. Among them, Marcos and CMC Hardwood Floors was, by far, the best group we worked with because of their quality, efficiency, trustworthiness and professionalism. Marcos did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. He was also able to identify, during the estimate phase, any potential issues that would increase costs/time. And finally, and most importantly, the work itself was of the highest quality. Marcos and his team are true craftsmen who have incredible integrity for their work. In fact, there was an area where the staining came out a bit lighter than the rest of the house. Not only did Marcos point it out during the walk thru (which was subtle enough where I may not have noticed myself), he insisted that he come back to try and fix it. Which he did. Bottom line: we consider ourselves very lucky to have found CMC Hardwood Floors. No delays, no change orders, no broken promises, no excuses... And an amazing job. I give Marcos my full recommendation.

Marcos and his team at CMC Hardwood Floors are incredible! Marcos goes above and beyond throughout the entire process. He made the dance floor of our non-profit afterschool dance program for inner city youth look like new again. It's clear he deeply cares about the service he provides. CMC was fantastic. We had existing hardwood floors redone and had new hardwood installed in adjacent areas so our entire house has hardwood floors. They interlaced the new wood with the existing flooring and you can't even tell where the new flooring starts. The floors look beautiful. Marcos was great to work with and we would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Marco and his staff were exceptional. Marco explained the details of what different finishes would look like and provided us with color samples to be sure we had the right color and finish. Marcos and his team did a fabulous job refinishing our 1950's floors. He was great to work with from start to finish - courteous, professional, punctual and anticipating any issues that might arise. He was upfront about everything and the work was done within our really tight timeline. Our floors looks great and I would highly recommend working with CMC hardwood floors if you want floors finished with Rubio Monocat.

From start to finish, this company was amazing to work with! Marcos who is the owner is a true professional and takes pride in his work and how he interacts with the customer. He is extremely knowledgeable about products, style esthetics and his work is impeccable. He was on time, on-point and completely accessible throughout the process. I had incurred water damage and my floors were severely damaged, so he was very sensitive to my situation and made the process stress free. I can't say enough about him and his crew - they are a "MUST" for those who want nothing but the best!

Marcos and his team did the demo and installation of engineered hardwood floors on our 4300 sq foot home. He was great to work with, very professional, responsive and comprehensive. We had a more complicated job, different levels of floors, subfloor needed reinforcement. He handled any problems quickly and without headache. We are very happy with our new floors and our experience with CMC Hardwood Floors, would definitely recommend.

Marcos and his crew refinished my entire first floor. Red oak, multiple plank widths, wire brushed. His work was top notch and he was patient and adaptive when I wasn't sure I wanted to re-stain. I didn't, and the wood speaks for itself. His crew is a delight. When I discovered dog urine stains under a carpet he came out and sanded and refinished it himself (along with replacing some termite ruined planks in a closet.) It ended up an easier job than he bid and he reduced his bid sizably. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
