So extremely happy that we found Roomscapes on Houzz. It was our first time doing a renovation in a newly bought home and certainly our biggest life "project" to date. We had our entire kitchen remodeled with new appliances installed, along with changing the flooring in the dining area and also getting new paint in both areas, as well as new light fixtures and floating shelves. Roomscapes made it very easy and the whole team is one of the most professional, experienced and courteous one will find. They made it happen within our budget and their predicted timeline was pretty much on point. Can't say enough great things about Julie Wilkins, our designer. She is super talented and knows her stuff. She was really great at figuring out our tastes and giving very welcome, sound, thoughtful and tasteful input, which is super fantastic because there are a million choices to make when designing an entire kitchen which can be somewhat overwhelming. Julie made what could have been a very stressful experience a lot of fun. She is a truly exceptional designer. She made our little galley kitchen quite extraordinary. The construction team were also equally awesome to work with, Andres and his guys and all others involved were very professional, efficient and friendly. They are amazing, hard-working craftsmen, the level of skill and attention to detail is highly impressive. They did a fantastic job cleaning up daily which was greatly appreciated as well. All around, just super reliable and very trustworthy, we knew the job was being executed properly and nothing was ever forgotten, no detail left out. These guys are the best professionals. Needless to say, we feel extremely lucky to have found Roomscapes and are in fact working with them again soon to have some more work done in the house. We absolutely love working with them and wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else!

After 20+ years of living with our small builder grade kitchen it had to go! I was convinced that I was stuck with the same layout, until Debbie worked her magic. The space planning vision that she had was jaw dropping. I also had a complicated wish list. She took it all in stride. A 4 ft. sink with dual faucets? Check. Hide the range hood? Check. 2 ovens + a microwave in a small space? Check. Make the focus be on the wooden Danish cabinet hardware that I had fallen in love with? Check. Work with my own contractors? Check. We are delighted with the results. It is so much more efficient. And just beautiful! The only hiccup was a cabinet that came in wrong and the replacement was delayed. Working with a seasoned professional made all the difference. My husband and I could not have had this degree of success if we did this on our own.

Roomscapes were truly miracle workers in my home. I had a slab leak in my kitchen island that resulted in signifiant damage to the kitchen cabinets. Although several carpenters and cabinet makers pronounced them DOA, the Roomscapes professionals expertly repaired them so that they are now as good as new. Every person on the job was extremely professional and highly skilled. It was a great pleasure to work with each of them. I could not be more thrilled with the results of their work. I highly recommend their services without reservation.

I truly appreciate the professional and personal integrity, attention to detail, and pursuit of perfection demonstrated by every member of Roomscapes' staff. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with in each aspect of a multi-phase project, which, when complete, will have lasted over 5 months.

My husband and I did a complete kitchen remodel which entailed demolishing the older kitchen down to the bare walls and rebuilding out to the incredible result we have today. Existing granite counter tops, backsplash, cabinets, and old appliances were removed. Quartzite counters were installed with a waterfall on the peninsula side. Travertine bricks were used for our backsplash with three rows of Tommy Bahama one-inch glass tiles forming a 3" band around the walls. We purchased and installed completely new appliances; Sub-Zero PRO48 refrigerator and 30" integrated wine storage cooler, Wolf 48" dual-fuel range w/ 6 burners and griddle, Wolf 24" transitional microwave, along with an Asko 24" dishwasher, and Kallista sink with a Rohl faucet (all in Stainless Steel finish). The finished product is incredible. We love it so much. We were quoted 6 weeks from start to finish and I have to say it was exactly 6 weeks to the day that the project was finished. The Roomscapes workers were incredibly professional and courteous to us throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for it to run any smoother. We don't know why we took so long to make the decision to go ahead with the project. It was not something that interfered with our daily lives. Thank you to Rick and Debbie for holding our hands and guiding us through from the beginning. We had no prior experience of ever doing any of this type of work to our home. Roomscapes remodeled both the master bath and hall bath in my home all in one project giving me the opportunity to work closely with them for a significant period of time from design through construction. I can’t begin to say enough good things about the Roomscapes experience from start to finish. It was outstanding. They… owner, designer, and crew… were attentive to every detail. We cannot sing enough praises for Rick and Debbie Nassetta of Room Scapes! We started our remodel project while we were still living in Colorado, anticipating our move back to California. Even though there were several hundreds of miles between us, we were always in good communication with Rick and Debbie. Be it an email, text or phone call, they always responded in a timely manner. We were never left just hanging, not wondering what was going on our with house in California. It was wonderful not to have to have that stressful issue to deal with, while we were selling our home in Colorado. The workmanship is beautiful and if there was ever a problem with anything, Rick and Debbie were right on it. They had wonderful designs we would never have thought of...guess that's why they're the professionals and we are not! One thing we will always remember and appreciate deeply is how they went beyond what the had to do for us, to make our home livable when we arrived back in California, in December of last year, so that we could avoid staying in a hotel or inconveniencing friends...especially during the holiday season. Rick and Debbie didn't have to that for us, but it shows the kindness and compassion they have for their clients. Our first project with Roomscapes involved a small powder room remodel in our French Country home in Coto de Caza. CA They quickly delivered a unique blend of strong design vision and organized construction sequences. This minimized down-time. Their tradesman were skilled, pleasant and respectful. We were looking for a company we could partner with on an initial small project and then grow into larger project phases. We're now collaborating on the design of a new kitchen, family room and living room. Communication is always important and they respond quickly and directly to questions and ideas. Roomscapes has helped us realize our remodel dreams.

After 23 years in a traditional home, we wanted to change things up completely. I had seen Debbie and Rick's work at a friend's home and was super impressed with the result. I was equally impressed by how completely different it looked. Debbie came over and we talked at length about what I was hoping to achieve. I knew some of the things I wanted, but really needed her help with most of the design, finishes, etc.. She took extensive measurrements and really listened. Then she went to work. My husband and I met Debbie at her office to go over the initial drawings. We were blown away! Debbie has a wonderful vision and a wonderful esthetic, yet she is amazingly flexible. She made changes and tweaks until everything was just right. It was only then that we asked about payment schedules, etc., as we couldn't wait to get started. We tore out everything, right down to the concrete, and Roomscapes went to work. We loved being able to make one call to Rick or Debbie to get our many questions answered. They were responsive and encouraging, and offered so many suggestions that made a huge difference in the outcome of the job. Their subs were so nice. They were happy while working, respectful, careful of not letting our dogs out, and did an amazing job. There was a lot of pride in their workmanship and they spoke highly of Rick and Debbie. I cannot imagine working with anyone but Roomscapes now. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out. We'll be photographing the job soon, and will add those photos to my review so you can see the unbelievable transformation. We had 100 people for our Christmas party and the best part was watching people freak out over how much they loved the house. We couldn't be happier. Thank you, Roomscapes!

Debbie is wonderful. She not only has many tasteful and creative ideas of her own, she also incorporates your style and vision with precision.
