Josh Powers Design and Remodel

They did a fantastic job refinishing our basement. The quality of the work was great. The work crew cleaned up every day. We were kept informed about progress.When the job was finished there was a short punch list of minor issues that were fixed/completed immediately. We have already recommended them to some of our friends.

Josh and his team did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. We had a builder-grade shower and vanity and choose to renovate with an all tile floor and wall with custom glass on two sides. We had to wait about 4 months for the start of the project and it took about 4 weeks to complete. Josh is down to earth and easy to work with. Dray and Sage were our crew guys that worked on our project; and Dray is a perfectionist to say the least. We worked with a designer at the beginning who helped us choose the finishes. We would recommend Josh and his team for others and we would welcome them back for additional projects at our home. Only negative was that their office manager had left in the midst of our project so we had some communication challenges.

installer took steps to make sure that dust did not spread everywhere while removing our old bathroom. He also made sure to keep us informed and part of the decision making process to make sure that what he was building was to par with what we were envisioning during the design process. he made sure to do everything that was necessary. most of the subfloor under our old shower had rotted due to water leaking and he replaced it and made sure nothing structural was bad and did not even try to charge for it. Overall a great experience!
