The installer was very nice & fast. I had a small & and a large valance made from this company. They came out nice but not worth the price.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service provided by Larry's Design Center. We had an issue with a Hunter Douglas that is no longer available. The Design Center was kind enough to facilitate a return to the manufacturer and a replacement for us at no cost. They did this as a courtesy and made sure we were satisfied. Thanks again, we highly recommend this shop!

Larry's Design Center installed roller shades in our newly renovated den and we are very pleased with the result. They had a good selection, were reasonably priced, and the installers (Ann and John) did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend them.

Custom window treatments are an investment and well worth it for the elegance they bring to a homes decor. There's a timeless, regal beauty to custom curtains that can't be found in "Big Store" shades or packaged curtains. I chose Larry's Design Center over a competitor mainly because his salesman made a professional call instead of me having to provide my own measurements - which I was uncomfortable doing with the competitor. And where I had to fix a part of the order due to an oversight, the issue was corrected and overall I'm extremely pleased. My curtains are simply beautiful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on my curtains can't be mass produced on the level received with Larry's Design Center. Whatever your budget, call Larry's Design Center. Pick the areas you want to showcase, and work with them to beautify your home. You won't regret it!

Great experience (from initial consultation with Larry to installation with John). Great customer service with no pressure to overspend - in fact, Larry made suggestions on where we could save a little given the scope of the project. We are very pleased.

Terrible customer service. Woman at the store has no idea how to help. She just takes your phone number and gives you catalog with samples, having very annoyed look. Larry makes nice impression, but only in the beginning. Later he is rude and pushy. His employee has no idea how to take measurements for bay window and in effect we got shades covering frames not the glass. We had to wait two or three weeks for them to come, take the shades off and correct the sizes,. And they showed up with upset faces and no one said sorry. We are waiting already over 11 weeks with no shades. Don't go there. There are so many better places, with nicer people and better prices.
