Norm remodeled my 5th floor condo from top to bottom, the process went very smooth and had no problems, place turned out amazing :)

We hired Norm to completely remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. He did an amazing job! He is extremely helpful and knows exactly what he is doing! In fact we recently moved and had him do all the hardwood floors along with painting. He is one time, honest, shows up everyday, and stays on budget. He really is wonderful to work with and made a stressful time much easier. We have recommended him to all our friends and they are all thrilled with his work as well. You will not go wrong with Norm Walters!

I have used Norm Walters Construction for several major projects. We did a complete renovation on our condo from top to bottom, which included kitchen, baths, flooring, painting, crown molding. Norm is exceptionally good at planning and design and his work is excellent. Recently we experienced a serious structural problem with a rental property which included repairing an exterior wall. He fixed the problem and restored it to it's original condition. He is a licensed contractor, but does work with other speciatialities such as electricians, plumbers as they are needed. I am a Real Estate agent and do refer Norm to my clients as I know he will do a great job. He is reliable and projects are done on time.

I initially contacted Norm Walters for a very small project that only included switching out the cabinet and countertop in my master bathroom. I could not find a contractor that would take such a small project. Then I found Norm on a website. He impressed me with his professionalism. He was ontime for the intial meeting. He provided a quote with the level of detail I was looking for. I have been using him for projects ever since. He completed that first project and all others since, on time and within budget. That is important to me. I know other contractors come in with a low bid and then upcharge for anything that comes along that they didn't think of. Norm thinks of everything. His quotes are in great detail with a timeline of what to expect to happen and when. Since that initial time, I had a few little things around the house that needed to be fixed. Norm replaced a utility sink in my laundry room, he fixed a cracked tile in my shower. What I'm trying to say is, no project is too small. Then came the big project. I wanted to remodel my master bathroom, guest bathroom and laundry room, all at the same time. This included retiling the shower, removing wallpaper, texturizing and painting the walls, changing out the tub, adding new toilets, cabinets, countertops, ceiling fans, lighting and giving life to an old mirror by framing it out. I am so pleased with all of these updates, but mostly I have the peace of mind that my shower is now water tight and all plumbing and electrical work was done to code and inspected. These things might not be important to everyone, but after living with questionable builder-grade installations, it's very important to me. I will use Norm for any future project, big or small and I always recommend him to friends and family.

Norm completely met our expectations with a quality job for a reasonable price in the time frame that he quoted to us. As in almost any remodel project, he ran into a complication, but he handled it very well without a huge increase in price or time. We did a bathroom remodel, and now I'd love to have him come back to do our kitchen.
