Saltsman Brenzel, a Boston based company, integrates design and construction services from the inception through occupancy throughout the greater Boston area. The Company creates value in understanding that early participation of the client ensures that the final product is a result of a comprehensive understanding of the program, budgetary constraints, design goals, schedule, and the challenges of site, and building permitting. Thomas Saltsman and Jason Brenzel, both Owner's of the company, bring over 43 years of building experience to each project. The success of each project is ensured by working closely with each other and their clients and with carefully chosen sub-contractors and suppliers. Their experience enables them to guide and collaborate with their clients through each phase of the building process. Both Owners' are involved in every step of the project. Tom guides the client through all program and design decisions while Jason leads the construction and estimating segment of the company. Having direct Owner involvement ensures the individual success of each project Saltsman Brenzel undertakes.

We used Saltsman Brenzel for two gut and rehab projects. Both in the historic district. Their craftsmanship, design sense, and customer service is beyond compare. Having a design/build team in one shop is highly preferable and the two partners have a synergy that makes the project run smoothly. They also have immense experience with historic commissions which is critical with certain projects. In addition, they are always on call both during the project and after should something arise.

Tom and Jason are a pleasure to work with and build homes that last without compromising on the details. We hired Tom and Jason twice in the past decade. Once to build a 100sq foot playroom off our 50 year-old ranch; then almost a decade later to knock down our ranch and build a 5000 sq foot classic colonial off the playroom. The house they built for us is phenomenal. They were respectful of our wishes but also used their vast experience to guide us. 2 high quality individuals who do high quality work. Cannot say enough good things.

We hired Saltsman Brenzel to build a new house on the site of a demolished house. We had completed 2 construction projects in the past, with different companies, and our experience with SB was superior in every way. The design of the house is sensitive to the neighborhood and the site, while incorporating our requests. The design/build aspect was seamless, from permitting all the way through to finish work. The budget was kept track of with regular meetings & weekly spread sheets. I would highly recommend SB for a productive, low-stress, and enjoyable construction experience.
