We are so impressed with John and his team. From start to finish, John worked with us to understand our vision for our dream home and made it come to life. He and his team worked tirelessly to turn our drawings around quickly, and any requested changes (and there were a few rounds :) ) were updated very quickly. They kept our tight deadlines in mind and kept us on track to meet them. John was extremely supportive of us through our first time design and permitting process, always answering questions quickly whether by email or phone. Very bad service! Started the design in October 2019, and paid initial $3500 as required. They used a fresh designer for my project and allowed me have several modifications. Until mid February 2020 before locked down due to covid19 the design was nominally finished. We asked for submission but no response. Asked again in May 2020 but the designer asked for extra money and said we used them too much! My project was fully ruined due to their delay! Not recommended!

John and Savon worked with us to design our dream home for our family of four. There’s a lot to love about John Trinh & Associates: how quickly they work, super responsive, can design to a budget but most importantly, how John could capture the ideas in our heads after 1 meeting and put on paper something better than we could imagine. We had never designed or built our own house before and John patiently guided us through the design and permitting process. Our house isn’t completed quite yet but we get a lot of positive comments already from people walking by. If we ever need to build a house again, we will be back! Thanks, John and Savon!
