Evans Fine Homes

I live next door to one of these people's projects. This company uses loads of sub contractors that are horribly unprofessional and have caused thousands of dollars in damage to my property while building the house next door to me. First, the backhoe driver that was grading the land ran into my retaining wall and would not have said anything about it if I hadn't come home while he was still there. When he saw me taking pictures of the damage, him, and his truck, he finally came over and offered to fix it. Next, their workers stole my water from my outside spigot and caused my water bill to double. Then, I got video of them stealing my neighbor on the other side's water and that house is an air b&b and the people renting at the time did not give permission and nor did the owner. Now, one of their brick layers has side swiped my car while going in and out of the driveway causing dramatic cosmetic damage to my back quarter panel. All the while denying all of it, even though I have documentation of most of it. The builder is never at the property making sure that his subcontractors are being respectful. They leave their half eaten food and trash on my retaining wall and it ends up littering my driveway. It also makes its way into my yard and the yards around us because they just throw plastic cups and cans and wrappers all over the place. There is no accountability or monitoring of these random subcontractors. It is despicable and has cost thousands of dollars at this point. I am so fed up with all of it and now I am also out my $500 deductible. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR NEW NEIGHBORS TO HATE YOU BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!

Luxury Home with all the amenities . After almost three years in the home, no problems have come up. Evans Fine homes provided excellent craftsmanship , quality appliances, extra large closets and shelving . The mastery of the custom built cabinets and flooring were remarkable. They just didn't build a home, they built a standard of living for me and my family.

Met Aaron and Judy by accident (kismet) at one of their open houses last Feb. We own land and had been open house hunting. Walking into an Evans Fine Home and hearing Aaron and Judy, we feel that they will be our builders. Aaron is very knowledgable and makes it a point to explain why he does things. You can tell this is his passion and that means everything when you are investing in something so large and overwhelming. Judy's interior design ideas are amazing! I can't wait for the new pictures of their home we saw today. The master shower will be in my dreams and hopefully our new home!

Great builder in the Moore, OK area. So far I have only had a few interactions with them, but after walking through their homes and talking to the owner I can honestly say I would trust them to build a home for my family. They are extremely professional and truly care about what you get as a client. They understand the business and do not take short cuts. I have walked away from meetings with them telling my colleagues that this is the type of people we want to not only do business with, but also to emulate their character ad work ethic. Great company!

We purchased an Evans home a year ago. We could not be more pleased with out new home. The quality and craftsmanship of our home is the finest in our neighborhood. Any time we had a question Mr. Evans has been so helpful. The floor plan of our home is by far the best out there, and from what we have seen of Mr. Evans' other homes, the same can be said of them. He puts so much thought and care in to each detail in order to make a quality home.

Evans Fine Homes did an outstanding job in the complete rebuild of my aging uncle's home in 2014. His house in Moore, OK, had been one of the many destroyed in the May 2013 tornado that devastated the Moore community. The house was increased in size and, besides looking beautiful, contains a number of energy-saving innovations. Builder Aaron Evans and his foreman, Cliff Evans, could not have been more accommodating and professional in their efforts.

Excellent work! Finishes are above average! Great communication with builder and cares what his clients want! I would recommend this builder to family and friends.
