We worked with BLB to completely renovate and freshen our kitchen and master bath. We couldn’t be happier with the work and the process. We worked with BLB for the past year with a major renovation of our 1880s farm house, as well as an addition project. We wanted to continue living in our home, in order to do so we decided to add an addition to make life easier. Ben helped us and walked us through making it happen. His crew was outstanding, cooperative, helpfull, knowledgeable and very neat.. Because we had to live through the construction it would have been difficult had Ben not coordinated the outside contractors to meet the deadline. BLB Custom Building does quality work and was supervised to make sure we were pleased throughout the project.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Ben and his crew! We recently renovated my mother's single-family home back to a two-family to allow for generational living and thinking about the future. Ben took the time to sit with us many times while we planned this project. He was always available to answer questions and offer guidance throughout the project. We did have some surprises due to the age of the house, but Ben offered solid solutions that worked and helped keep extra costs down. I worked with Ben Becker at BLB Custom Builders on the construction of a 5,000 square- foot insulated concrete form (ICF) house with solar panels in Byfield, MA. The house is beautiful.
