I love my new kitchen (new footprint & walls moved) and master shower. Sebring was highly recommended by a friend and my experience confirmed all the good things I had heard. Communication and execution were fantastic …the project moved at a comfortable pace from the onset, during the construction phase I always knew what to expect the next day and any concerns were addressed timely and professionally. The project manager (Phil) was very detailed and actively engaged throughout the entire process. My living spaces were well protected from construction dust. ALL Sebring personnel I dealt with were professional, responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a very positive experience and, without hesitation, I’d use Sebring for another project.

If you are considering remodeling your bathroom, I highly recommend that you contact Sebring. We replaced everything in our bathroom: floor tile, shower, wall tile, cabinet, tub, mirrors, paint, trim and toilet. Our bathroom is a little bigger than typical, so this was a lot of work. Our project manager, Phil, was great. We spoke and met with him regularly. He went out of his way to meet our every request during the build, of which we had many. When the demolition was complete the structure of the house required some changes to the design. Phil worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the result. Sebring’s carpenter, tile, and plumbing experts did great work for us. We’re enjoying our new bathroom!

Every person we dealt with at Sebring went above and beyond to make not only the end result a success, but to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. The communication was excellent, the craftmanship was excellent, the support we received throughout the process was excellent. They kept on schedule and within budget, with no surprises. They took extra care to clean up every day and even stepped in to help with some other unrelated issues we were having in the house. Two years ago we had Sebring do a total renovation of our master bath. We were so happy with the process and the final outcome that we had them back and renovate our laundry room, powder room, and a hall bath. We had the same exceptional experience and could not be happier with the finished product. Working with the Sebring team makes the whole construction process less stressful. They are professional and proactive through the entire process. The designers you work with have excellent taste. The materials are high quality and the workmanship is excellent. Through the construction phase they are careful to be respectful of your home and clean up well every day. They are always easy to get in touch with. I really like the program they use that everyone accesses for scheduling, drawings, selections, billing, and messaging with them. I highly recommend using Sebring for any renovation project.

I sent an email to Sebring design after finding a photo of one of their kitchen projects with a stunning backsplash. I received a reply that same day! I was not asked any questions to qualify me as a potential customer; they simply gave me the tile info along with other options with a similarly stunning design. Did I mention I sent that email on a holiday? It was new year's day!

One of the best decisions we recently made was to trust Sebring Design with our kitchen and master bathroom remodel. Both rooms needed to be gutted and completely renovated. Sebring's design team of Linda, Nikki, and Nancy were exceptional in their ability to capture our vision and transform these outdated rooms into beautiful, welcoming, and efficient spaces that my family loves to spend time in. We were grateful for Sebring's expertise and knowledge during the build phase when we ran into some unexpected structural problems. Our project manager, Percy was very responsive throughout the whole process making sure our questions were answered. Miquel's workmanship on the cabinets was excellent and precise. Bryan Sebring is very accessible and takes personal responsibility for each project ensuring that the customer is 100% happy. We had a basement finished and mudroom/laundry room renovation completed by Sebring and had a fantastic experience. From account management to design to project management and beyond, everyone was very professional and proactively communicated with us. We never had to chase anyone for information. Our project manager, Phil, was great and always available to answer questions and make sure everything was done according to plan. Even though the project started just before the Covid pandemic and we had a two-month delay as a result, Phil's management of the project was seamless. We will definitely have them manage our next renovation project.

Recently purchased a new home in Naperville and decided to remodel the master bathroom. We were still in the process of selling our old house and in the midst of a pandemic, so wanted to work with a company that could complete the bulk of the remodel with minimal oversight and involvement on our part. We chose Sebring due to their track record of great end to end service and are very happy with our decision. Some things that stood out during the process: 1) They take care of everything from initial design, material ordering, to construction 2) Use of a mobile app gave us full visibility throughout the job to things like work schedule, invoicing, change orders, and messages to and from the project team 3) Our design expert (Victoria) did a great job laying out the new bathroom and helping us decide on colors and materials 4) Our project manager (Phil) and his team were excellent in terms of professionalism, making adjustments based on our feedback, and instilling a sense of confidence that the work was being done well and on schedule 5) Bryan Sebring was available if needed and often responds within minutes 6) Everything went as planned and they left the house cleaner than when they started Overall an excellent experience and we would consider working with Sebring again on future projects.

We worked with Sebring Design Build 1 year ago for a bathroom remodel. I can not speak highly enough about their professionalism and quality work. We had a tiny shower next to a big tub we didn’t use in our master bathroom. Sebring converted the tub space into a big beautiful walk-in shower and custom built shelves where the old shower was. It really opened up the room and my only regret is not doing this project 5 years ago when I moved in. It only took the Sebring team 4 weeks to complete the job. Their project management is top notch. In addition to having an awesome project manager who worked closely with us throughout the project (thanks Phil!), they also have a mobile app they use to make it easy for you to see a timeline of all phases of the project and to chat with the team about any changes, project design or requests you have.There are no surprises and it’s as stress free as a construction project can possibly be (that’s saying something since I was 8 months pregnant and very hormonal when the project was being done). You know exactly what is being done and when it’s being done. And you pay in installments as the project progresses so other than a start up deposit, you don’t pay for work until it’s complete. They go all out to ensure your house is clean and unscathed during construction. I highly recommend them! I’ll definitely use them again for future renovations.

Working with Sebring Design Build was a great experience. I was expecting a lot of complications when we decided to jump into remodeling our master bath. I am amazed at how smooth the entire process was. The staff at Sebring starting with getting a quote all the way to the completion of construction were amazing. They are super organized and professional at all times. It was great being able to go to their showroom and work with Victoria picking everything out. She uses her computer to show you everything as you pick it out with digital renderings. She has impeccable taste and is so easy to work with. They use a program you can access from your phone or computer that keeps you informed of everything from billing, schedule, drawings, and messaging. During construction Phil is organized and easy to work with. He keeps you informed through the entire process. Miguel was at my project a lot and does such great work. The final product is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
