Encore remodeled our outdated full bath and powder room. From design to completion Encore team was highly competent and professional. The core team for our project (Nance, Curtis, and Danny) was on top of everything and the extended team, including the management, was supportive of resourcing and budgets. Nance was fabulous - her advice was top notch, her selections classy, and her attitude sunny. Curtis and Danny were meticulous with the work and insightful about all the little choices one has to make during any remodel. The subcontractors and other businesses (tiles, granite, etc) were good as well. Accounting was transparent. There were a few snags with the timelines because of the winter storms - not much anyone could do about that! We had a couple of completely unrelated emergencies - related to weather and our cat - and the team was professional and compassionate. I highly recommend Encore without any reservations.

The entire team did a terrific job on our kitchen, starting with the flexibility in coming up with our design. There was consistent communication throughout the project with the result that our kitchen was completed within our timeline and budget. We highly recommend and couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.

I have had the privilege of working with Encore Construction since 2008. It is refreshing to me as the principal of an architecture firm to work with a professional design build company like Encore Construction. Their attention to detail, their quality, and craftsmanship is exceptional. We have done a number of large remodeling and addition projects with them in 2017 and I look forward to continuing our partnership with them in the years ahead.

We are very pleased with the Encore team. Our contractor, Jeff, communicated regularly with us and he was responsive to our questions. Our designer, Nance, helped us select beautiful items for our master bathroom and closet. She was respectful of our budget, helped us focus our search, and made suggestions we would not have considered on our own. Our project came in on schedule and budget - we recommend the entire Encore team.

We just completed the renovation of both of our upstairs bathrooms with Encore and are SO happy with the results. We chose to work with Encore based on superior recommendations from several neighbors who had worked with Encore on recent projects. Our philosophy in starting this project was to hire professionals to do what they do best - design and manage our project with our input and approval. We met with Nance Marshall our project designer and explained our goals - to take two very outdated and small bathrooms and redesign them to create more/better space AND to make them beautiful (just like on TV!) Nance presented a project design and with a few tweaks we were on our way. We relied on Nance to understand our tastes and to present us with options to choose from. It was so nice to walk into a store with Nance and have her show us a small selection of fixtures etc that would work well for our project. She would explain each of her recommendations and then we would make the final selection. It was so easy!! Faucets, toilets, tile, cabinets, lighting, counter tops, paint.......we were thrilled to be guided through the design process and her vision was right on target with what we had hoped to achieve. After signing our contract with Encore Nance introduced us to Jeff Brooke, our project manager. Jeff walked through the project site with Nance and us , and presented a project schedule. Soon demolition began and we watched our bathrooms unfold. Jeff did a good job of setting our expectations for the timeline - 10 to 12 weeks (not like on TV!), Every member of his project crew was pleasant and professional. Jeff kept us updated on who to expect each day and what they would be doing. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns always getting back to us quickly. Both Nance and Jeff monitored the quality of the project activity and if they weren't satisfied with how something was completed they would have it reworked. Little details that we might never have noticed were adjusted to their standards. We had a lot of confidence in both Jeff and Nance - it was reassuring to know that our bathrooms were being built to their high professional standards. It was a happy (and sad) day when Nance and Jeff came out to do the final project presentation and walk through. Because Jeff had been communicating with us on a daily basis he was aware of any straggling items. We ended the walk through with an empty punch list. It has been about six weeks since our bathroom renovations were finished - and we are so glad that we had the work done by the professionals at Encore.. We got everything we wanted - without any of the headaches.

My husband and I would like to personally say how grateful we are to Encore Construction for making one of our life long dreams come true. We are both thrilled that we made the decision to use them for our new home on Cape Cod, they were always professional as well as every crew that was involved. Quality was excellent, timeliness was excellent, we had very few bumps in the road considering the scope of our project. Susan Gerlach, our designer was outstanding and our home shows every bit of her talent. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

Hiring Encore Construction was the best decision we made in building our house. Their collaborative team efforts continue to (week-by-week) help to make our dream Cape retreat a reality. They provide consistent, fair feedback (as though it was their own money & investment), have helped on every detail small and large, and have been an absolute blast to work with. We have used Encore Construction on Cape Cod for fifteen years for everything from total home upgrade to a large addition. We have just completed a kitchen renovation and are thrilled with the results. Nance Marshall's design expertise helped us to wed new technology with the "casual cottage" look of our home and the results are stunning. Jonathan Lockley, the project manager, supervised every detail of the construction with enthusiasm and great humor and communicated with us regularly (as we were living elsewhere). Dale Nikula and his talented team at Encore continue to amaze us with their "on time/on budget" philosophy. We cannot say enough good things about this company.

Working with Encore was an excellent experience. We used their design capabilities as well as building/general contracting. They took my sketches and turned them into working architectual drawings and managed the entire permitting process. Encore managed the process of permitting and working with the town very affectively. The construction work was effecient and the quality of fit and finish was very high. The collection of sub contractors Encore has put together are excellent - quality workmanship, on time and very efficient. We were doing an addition to an existing house and living in the house during construction. Encore did a nice job containing the construction area so that the disruption to our lives was minimal. We would absolutely recommend any to work with Encore.
