“I am very pleased with Brady. They show and do what they say they will and are very responsive. They are a very good team and that boosts the confidence I have in them.”

“It's difficult dealing with a plumbing emergency when you live 6 hours away. Adult daughter calls from cottage in Naples citing 4 inches of water in basement. After turning off water pump and hot water heater, (couldn't plug in sump pump because electrical outlet soaked along with water lines covered with heat tape) water still seem to rise. Artesian well could be backfilling from well line. Not being familiar with the area, I called at least five plumbers, after hours, left messages. Only one returned my call, Charlie Bradbury. Given the hour and the lousy, icy road conditions, he couldn't promise that his on-duty person, would be available, but after listening to my concerns, increasing water levels, electrical inference, etc., he promised to do his best. A few minutes later, Phil called, and said that although it might take an hour to get to the cottage because of road conditions, he would leave his family, children, and the safety of his home and venture forth to at least assess the situation, turn off all incoming water supplies so the situation wouldn't get worst, make the repairs if it wasn't too involved,and/ or return the next day to finish the job. I'll finish my review tomorrow, but I have to credit and give high marks to this firm for responding to my emergency, (especially since I am not a regular customer- but I will be), and assisting my daughter in her calamity.”

“Starting with the front office this is a wonderful company to do business with. The women scheduling appointments and working in the showroom are very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. They always follow up and never disappoint. The plumbing technicians who come to the home are equally pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. They provide great suggestions, excellent work and follow up. I will use them with confidence whenever I have plumbing needs. I want to single out their employee, Billy, who has done the majority of work in my home is a an excellent plumber and very pleasant to deal with. He was very creative with suggestions for the work I needed.”
