“I was remodeling a new purchase and was on a short time frame. I was given Tom's name and knew immediately when I met him that he was the plumber I wanted to hire and that he would do a great job! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He changed out all of the plumbing fixtures throughout the house, put in new sinks throughout, and disposal in the kitchen. Tom was really easy to work with, stayed within my timeframe and budget, and did an excellent job--he was very efficient and kept the job site clean as well. After my project had finished, I ended up having an issue with the hot water heater and thought I needed to get a new one. Tom came right back out and after testing things and asking many questions, he was able to determine it was a small part which was just a fraction of the cost of getting a new water heater. He followed up with me after all the work was done to make sure it was all exactly how I wanted it and to make sure my water heater was still functioning as it should. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and service I got from Tom. I would highly recommend T & J Plumbing!”

“We had an issue with a clogged drain / garbage disposal, which led to some pretty significant flooding in the kitchen. We gave Paul a call early in the morning, prior to normal business hours, and received a call back shortly there after. Paul, not another employee, but the actual Paul of 'Paul the Plumber' made it out to the house a few hours later and quickly assessed the situation. He determined that there was some significant blockage in the line and also that a backflow valve somewhere along where the two sinks and dishwasher all converge had been mis-installed by a previous contractor (a Service One contractor). Paul immediately got to work and was a pleasure to have on site. He was friendly and engaged in conversation for the duration of the 60-90 minutes he was working. He even allowed our 3-year-old to pester him with question about what he was doing. All in all, Paul is an incredibly professional, knowledgable and personable person. I would absolutely recommend him and will certainly call him again for any future plumbing needs.”
