“My guttering had been leaking a lot ever since I had my roof replaced 18 months ago (not by Pass Approved) it had gotten a lot worse recently so thought I'd get it done as the builders I had used would not answer my call. After ringing at least six other companies, Stewart was the only one who returned my call and came out to fix it the next day. What we thought was going to be a simple job turned out to be a problem caused by the previous roof installers. Stewart turned up on time and told me what the problem was. He said that the positioning of the gutter meant that the water flow was going in the wrong direction and the roof felt did not extend into the guttering. He managed to raise the gutter to help water flow and insert some felt into place. Stuart was very approachable and worked with good humour through out. I would not hesitate to use Stuart again, it's a shame I didn't use him in the first place. Also at a very reasonable cost too.”

“Yorkshire Water Features were contracted to building a very large prestigous granite water feature outside the London Taxi Company's new premises at Ansty Park, Coventry. Part of this build required a polyurea seal and this was contracted out to a third party who were sadly proved to be incompetent and produced a seal about as effective as a colander. ESW were called in and Carlo & Carl put together a plan to remove the failed seal, reprepare all the concrete and then get it primed,prepared and re sealed in time for the opening in early January. Carl worked with our team through some bitterly cold days and over a 3 week period we managed to get the job done, made all the more difficult by the temperatures preventing the product curing properly. Without Carl and his teams support Yorkshire Water Features would have suffered huge penalty clauses and the loss of their good reputation - I cannot praise all at ESW highly enough and will be working alongside those guys in future for sure”
