“We had a complete and large replacement of the roof of the tenement block. It was a tough job, as the roof was failing in many places. It required all residents to buy in to the project and planning permission, as it was a listed building. However, W&S Christie were so good at communicating that it really smothered the process over, with them even occasionally attending residents meetings if required to explain technicalities. The standard of the work was inspected by our own independent surveyor and photos were taken throughout. The resulting job was excellent. The quality of the work was top standard and the workmen on the job were professional and friendly. They cleared up brilliantly when the job was finished. A special mention to the lead worker, who is clearly an expert in his job. I can't recommend this company highly enough.”
