Business Description
C Wright Design is an award-winning architectural interior design firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We create unique environments that reflect the individual tastes of our clients.

Cynthia Wright grew up in New York City, visiting museums and going on architectural tours with her Dad. Her home was filled with furnishings that ranged from Bauhaus to treasured antiques from her architect Grandfather. She graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture from California College of the Arts and was immediately hired by her professor and mentor, John Allin. Cynthia went on to work in architectural firms in San Francisco, gaining experience in commercial and residential design on a wide range of projects. She started C Wright Design in 1981. Over the last 30 years she has established a collaborative environment within her office and recognizes everyone's role in making C Wright Design one of the most successful interior design firms in the Bay Area. Cynthia's commitment to custom high-end interiors, both residential and commercial, stems from her professional integrity and love of design.

Isn't that wall treatment behind the bench lovely? Ties in nicely with the table.

Not that I don't think this was done well or done beautifully but I think It's sad a lot of these old Victorians/Edwardians have "lost" their original floor plans. If you want "open plan" perhaps buy a newer build?

I too think it is sad when old houses are turned into a modern layout. Especially when it means losing lovely old woodwork and doors. This is a trend in my neighborhood and it has greatly reduced the options for houses for me. I wish people who want modern layouts would stick to modern houses and leave the nooks and crannies in place for those of us who love them in all their awkward quirkiness.

Hi, This beautiful dining table is an antique, though the chairs are new. Thanks for the interest! Cynthia Wright
