DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen

My experience with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen was exceptional, even when some unexpected problems came up with my Kitchen remodel the project manager took the time to explain everything in detail and go over all the options available which kept my project on schedule. From design through completion it was really an easy process and I still love my kitchen.

When we first met with DreamMaker to discuss our bathroom project, we thought we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do. Lynn and Sandy came back with a design that not only gave us what we requested, but improved on it to reflect the character of the rest of the house. We ended up at the top end of our budget, but feel the result was worth it. The few tweaks that were necessary were taken care of in a timely manner.

My wife and I bought a condominium in a 37-year-old building in Minneapolis. We hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in St. Louis Park as our general contractor based on positive experience with the company in remodeling a bathroom in our prior residence. We explained to Lynn & Sandy our ideas about how we wanted the condo updated and remodeled. They took our ideas, came up with a variety of design concepts and suggestions, and worked with us to design and build our home. We are extremely pleased with the final product. We are especially pleased with the company's creative ideas as to materials, hardware, etc. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the process and we were kept informed as to work schedules and costs. I highly recommend DreamMaker !

We thought DreamMaker did an excellent job, from the initial in-home consultation and ballpark estimate through refining the details to arrive at the final project cost, everything clicked right along. This only continued once the actual remodel began. Every day, clear progress was made. It was exciting to come home each day to see what had been accomplished. My spouse was particularly impressed with how clean and neat the remodeling process was, as some sort of mess was expected, and there really wasn't any at all. There were a few hiccups along the way, as one never knows what's behind those walls, but each time DreamMaker was able to quickly arrive at a solution.

We wanted our small bathroom to feel larger and less cluttered while retaining the original footprint. Using mirrors, lighting, an in-wall toilet, and other design features; DreamMaker met our objectives. We have received many complements on the new bathroom and many expressions of disbelief about how big the room feels. The DreamMaker designer provided a very clear picture/statement of what the remodeled bathroom would entail and what it would cost before any of the work began. There were no deviations from the original plan and cost. All of the materials and construction work were of very high quality. The project was well coordinated and all of the personnel were easy to work with.

From the moment we wandered into the DreamMaker showroom and met Lynn, we knew we had found the right company to renovate our kitchen. First, Lynn listened to us and understood our vision. He also made recommendations that we hadn't thought of that made the space so much better. Second, there were no surprises with the budget or the completion timeline. The only changes to the budget were changes we initiated. Finally, the crew was terrific. They were always on time, and were very skillful, accommodating and professional. Brad and Johnny, our crew chief and carpenter, were amazing. They are welcome in our home any time! Bottom line: our kitchen is beautiful and we love it!
