Overall, we had a great experience w/ McGriff Architects. Benjamin and his team were very attentive and helped us scope our redesign to stay within our budget. We were very involved w/ the design and they were extremely accommodating (and patient.) They worked with our ideas to create our dream home! We were thrilled that they delivered the design within schedule and budget! We also had no issues going through the permitting department once plans were ready.

Working with McGriff Architects was refreshing. A group who really knows what they are doing...efficient, professional, knowledgable and patient. I faced several hurdles during my project with the building department, and with Benjamin McGriff and his team by my side, we completed our project on time and within our budget. Thank you for finally making a construction project fun and not stressful.

Benjamin is top notch. He assisted us with a deck replacement project for our HOA. He was very consultative in his approach to finding a solution that met all members' needs and wishes. At the same time, his design was the most efficient and cost effective. The kicker, he was able to come up with something that passed the city permitting process for a non-conforming structure. This was by far his biggest achievement in my mind. Would recommend him anytime.

We interviewed three different architects and selected McGriff Architects because they had the most interesting ideas and enthusiasm for our project. They continued to deliver throughout the project, and we were really happy with the finished product. We communicated very well with Benjamin McGriff, and he incorporated our ideas into the design. He had many creative ideas about making our space feel large and flow well that we could not have done on our own. We had a limited project budget, and he worked with us and the contractor to match the project scope to our budget and goals. I never had to deal with city officials, because they handled all the plan review meetings. We put a lot of effort into the planning stages which made the construction phase very smooth. I would highly recommend McGriff to a friend for their creativity, integrity, and work ethic.

McGriff Architects made our renovation more beautiful and more functional than if we had not used their services. They added an expertise, both cosmetically and structurally, that is hard to quantify or understand ahead of time. The McGriff team, lead by the charming Benjamin, have a great mix of young and hip ideas grounded in classic architectural principles. They were easy to work with and really listened to what your vision is. They patiently answered our many many questions and a few times went above and beyond by jumping in when we had some permit delays. Every time we look out our french doors to our back yard, framed by a strategic skylight and windows, we say "Thank you McGriff Architects!" b/c this beautiful addition was 100% their idea.

In the beginning stages of our project, but we are very impressed with our initial designs. Benjamin has been wonderful to work with, and had some very crucial insights into shifting our remodel in ways that added a lot of function, style, and value to our home. His pricing was very fair and has been highly attentive to our needs.
