Punch Construction

Working with Stephen and his team on multiple projects, there is nothing but positive things to say. They are on time, quality craftsmanship, respectful, keep the job site very clean and tidy. I am apprehensive to review them, because they are so good, I'd like to keep them to myself!! It's hard to come by such a wonderful team.

We have used Punch Construction more than once, and have always been very pleased with the end result. Not only does Stephen Spargur employ competent and courteous workers, but he is a careful listener and will offer suggestions and ideas that reflect his work in the area. He has handled transforming a builder white 3 bedroom condo into a beautiful softly painted home, as well as hanging additional fixtures, patching other's remodel work and general maintenance - however big or small. We definitely intend to use him on our next project, as well.

They replaced our wood deck with trex and not only did an incredible job, they did it in record time. The Punch Construction team is amazingly good at what they do. They were a pleasure to work with and we plan on working with them on many jobs in the future.

I hired Punch construction to create an addition on to our roof deck, as well as planters, lighting, lattice work, railing etc. Punch also designed and installed landscaping and an automatic watering system. I highly recommend Stephen and his team at Punch. Not only was the work designed and built beautifully, it was done in a timely matter and within a reasonable budget. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will be using them in the future.

Punch Construction renovated our garage by installing cupboards all around the outside walls and putting down an epoxy floor. It is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. Jessica was very helpful with the design for the cupboards and the utilization of the space once they were completed. Punch also repaired two fairly large cracks in our great room ceiling and then painted the ceiling. This was very nicely and neatly done with no mess in the house whatsoever.

We used Punch Construction for a bunch of smaller jobs when we moved into our new house. The main reason for hiring them was for custom organization of our kitchen but they also put motion sensors on different lights, hung art and chandeliers, as well as updated some of the house that was not up to code. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is easy to communicate with via email and we were able to work with our calendars to get the job accomplished in a timely manner. I highly recommend Punch Construction!

Stephen has worked for us for many years. He has provided a vast variety of services for us from hanging paintings to electrical wiring, minor remodeling, emergency services etc. He is always responsive and professional as is his team. They are thoughtful and thorough and can do just about anything. Stephen and his team were first on the scene when our house caught fire when we were out of town. He managed all the chaos and stayed until the whole place was secured. Another time I had asked his team to hang some lights in the yard and they suggested a better way of doing than I had asked which resulted in a cleaner look and a much better solution.

Steven of Punch Construction takes great pride in his work. They don't take shortcuts just to get the job done. He is essentially a self-taught guy with a tremendous amount of experience. I'd say that everything was done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail...I think they have chosen good sub-contractors. It is apparent that they are very busy but is a sign that they do a great job. We had a little quarrel (due to my own fault) in the beginning but was resolved professionally and wisely.

Punch Construction did a fantastic job building a custom planter for our client's back patio space. They answered our requests quickly, and managed to squeeze our small project in to their busy schedule in time for our client's deadline. Stephen was great about answering our questions and working with us to have a great finished product.

Punch construction has done several projects for me on our townhome. It is a pleasure working with Punch. They are professional, respectful and they completed all work in a timely and most satisfactory manner.
